* The reveal that Saturn's Devil Fruit is seemingly a ''demon'' and all the demonic imagery accompanying him, and thus likely the other four Elder Stars and Imu if their monstrous forms are any indication, is rather fitting. After all, how many false gods are actually demons in disguise in theology? It also fits thematically with Luffy, now the return of a benevolent god and second coming of Joy Boy, facing off with demons pretending to be gods.
* Vegapunk reveals he made Bonney the top of the Pacifistas' command order, but doesn't make this known until he absolutely had to despite all the trouble the Pacifistas were causing the heroes. This makes sense, as not only would it put an even bigger target on his back than there already was (which Saturn instantly proves), it'd have put one on Bonney's if the Marines were aware of it. So it makes sense he would view revealing it as a last resort.
* As seen, the Gorosei have transfomations into creatures that reincarnate or represent the opposite of their discipline (e.g. Ju Peter whose discipline is agriculture but transforms into a creature that dwells in a desert, or Jaygarcia Saturn whose discipline is science but he uses magic and not tech), it is a visual sign of how unworthy they are of their political offices.
* Luffy ragdolling Kizaru explains why Luffy, Zoro, Jimbei and Sanji weren't all that worried about Aramaki's presence back in Wano. From that point onward, they just leveled up enough that Admirals are no longer an issue.
* With the revelation in chapter 1113 that the woeld is going to sink into the sea, so many details snap into place. Wether it's something Oda planned out decades in advance or a brilliant case of pantsing is unclear, but either way, it makes so many seemingly unrelated details line up.
** For the World Government: We now know whey the Celestial Dragons live on top of the Red Line. It's not merely a means to flex their wealth and power, but a way to keep themselves above water when the sea levels rise. Their spacesuit-looking outfits also make more sense, they're not spacesuits, they're diving suits. They wiped out the Lunarians because their ability to fly made them a threat, and the brutally opress the Fish-Men to stop them from being a threat when the sea levels rise and the Fish Men basically inherit the earth. It also adds new meaning to the search for Pluton, a powerful ship like that would become much more potent in a world where the World Government has a monopoly on dry land.
** For the Former Roger Pirates: Raileigh became a ship-coater, giving him a skillset that will become much more valuable when the sea levels rise. Crocus lives inside a giant whale, protecting him from the effects of a rising sea level.

Rufy... Rufy? RUFY??!?!?

* The East Blue is considered the weakest sea, with the strongest native pirate there, Don Krieg, barely surviving the first week before his horrible luck made him meet Mihawk. This is in spite of East Blue being the origin point of four incredibly powerful crews in the past and present, the Roger Pirates, the Shanks Pirates, the Spade Pirates, and finally the Straw Hats... Or rather ''because'' of them: Gold Roger, Shanks, Ace, and finally Rufy collected formidable people that would have otherwise formed powerful crews or become powerful and well known fighters and brought them to the Grand Line, leaving the East Blue only with the relative weaklings.

Shanks and his crew don't know about the True History.

** For the Former Roger Pirates: Raileigh became a ship-coater, giving him a skillset that will become much more valuable when the sea levels rise. Crocus lives inside a giant whale, protecting him from the effects of a rising sea level. And as for Shanks and his crew, none of them are Devil Fruit users as far as we know, which makes the rising sea levels less of a threat to them than other crews that might have a lot of Devl Fruit users.

** Another part of this fame is that nobody knows Bugy was a member of the Roger Pirates. As much as he's likely the weakest of the crew, just the fact he survived Paradise and the New World would have warranted a much higher threat level, possibly to a point it would have raised East Blue's perceived strength level.
** The third part is Smoker: any pirate that aims to reach the Grand Line from the East Blue has to either land at Logue Town for supplies and a Logue Pose, where they'd have to face an untouchable Marine captain with a weapon tailor-made to crush Devil Fruit users, or bypass him and die from either a lack of supplies or Logue Pose, so any strong pirate that could have raised East Blue's perceived strength ended up dead or imprisoned before they could reach infamy.

** Other miscellaneous details: In the Water 7 arc, it was mentioned that the Aqua Laguna has been getting worse year after year. Of course it has, it's because the world is sinking. The Noah suddenly takes on new meaning, as its purpose is now clear, it's a ship intended to save the people of the world from the rising seas. Zunesha's existance suddenly has new significance, as his back could become a haven for people fleeing the rising sea levels.

** Certain things, like Nami being able to hurt Luffy despite not having Haki, can likely be explained by Luffy's Devil Fruit too. If it's funny, the Devil Fruit would likely let it happen. It's funny for the normal Nami to hurt Luffy and so, Nami is able to hurt him.

Also, in Nami's "Happiness Punch" scene, where Luffy bled from the nose for the only time and it was explained as "Usopp being a bad influence", the true power of the Fruit means that such a gag still makes sense. In general, the reason Luffy is more vulnerable to gags and shows cartoonish damage during them can be explained by toon physics.
