* Shauta's debut was in a two-parter where Eiji falls in love. [[spoiler:Mezool's eventual desire is to love]].

** Also, speaking of Movie War Core, most of the events in the OOO portion might seem like a ContinuitySnarl for OOO, but the majority of the snarls can be accounted for if you look at them as happening in the background of OOO's series - with exception of Eiji's OutOfCharacter moments, most of the scenes that contradict canon can be accounted for in this way, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTc3gJ-ZDI8 as noted here]].

* [[color:orange:[=BuraKaWani=]]] is the only Combo without an element. This is because Gara was sealed away by the first OOO before the set could be complete and thus couldn't be used to form a Greeed. This same logic could be applied to the Black Core Medals from Movie War Core, since there were only three and Nobunaga wasn't a true Greeed, not to mention that the set only gained an [[PlayingWithFire element]] AFTER they merged with the [[Series/KamenRiderDouble Memory Memory]].

This ''also'' explains why Kamen Rider Posedon's Cores didn't initially have a consciousness, as only three of ''those'' existed until [[spoiler:the remains of Maki and the Medal Vessal were dumped into him.]]

to:

* [[spoiler:Fourze]] giving Gara more trouble than OOO was makes sense when you recall Gara ''made'' the OOO powers himself. He knows ''exactly'' what OOO can do because he designed the powers from the ground up.[[spoiler:Fourze]] on the other hand wasn't even a ''thought'' when Gara was imprisoned, so it makes sense he caught him off guard, as he went from fighting someone he knew everything about to someone who had powers that weren't even concepts in his time.

* Why does the Dinosaur Greeed also have Mythic Motifs as well? From a storytelling standpoint, extinct could also correlate to being non-existent, which is the motif towards Giru. But from a GenreSavvy writer's standpoint it's to avert SailorEarth and prevent people make a Greeed for Mythic animals.

** The fact that his desire is something purely physical may also be why he's the most resourceful and GenreSavvy of the Greeed. While the other Greeed's inherent emotional instability caused them all to grab hold of the VillainBall at one time or another, Uva realized fairly early on that his HotBlooded tendencies usually ended up costing him Medals. By focusing solely on the best way to retrieve his Medals he was able to plan and carry out long-term strategies that a more emotional Greeed wouldn't have the patience for.

* Considering that the Greeeds are often compared to the Imagin, it might seem a bit odd that Deneb doesn't have a counterpart among the Greeed (in the TV series, anyways). Then you realize that it's because unlike the other Imagin, Deneb was the only one who defected of his free will, and he's the only one who never transforms into Den-O[[note]]while Neotaros also never transformed into Den-O, he never had the opportunity to do so, as he was never contracted to Ryotaro[[/note]].

* The Medajalibur can cut through anything, but fixes any collateral damage right afterward. Why? Because it's a blade powered by desire. It only cuts what it wants to cut.

** There's no telling why they didn't appear in the intervening time, but Eiji uses [=BuraKaWani=] in [[Film/KamenRiderXKamenRiderWizardAndFourzeMovieWarUltimatum Movie War Ultimatum]], showing that he either still had the orange medals or re-obtained them.

** Remember that [[WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes Eiji has a fear of snakes]], to the point where he thought the Eel Candroids were snakes. [[FridgeBrilliance Logically, this means that Eiji doesn't use the form out of his phobia of snakes]].

* In an early episode Chiyoko and Hina try to get Ankh to eat more nutritious food than just ice pops, so they present him with a cooked chicken. There's a zoom-in with humorous noise and Ankh giving a "you expect me to eat another bird?!" look. When they leave him alone, he ravenously tears into it. But of course he would, most birds ''do eat other birds''. His horrifed look was more likely due to the fact that as a bird of prey, he's used to eating meat that's raw.

* Also from ''Shogun and the 21 Core Medals'': what the hell happened to the Orange Cores? They survived time travel and the final battle with the movie's BigBad, but are never seen in action again outside of this movie.
