* TheReveal in "To Have and To Hold" that [[spoiler:Adrian is keeping Agnes as a SexSlave in the basement]] gets even worse when we find out that [[spoiler:there's a ChildByRape, Levi, who Adrian also keeps in the secret room - which, given that Adrian continues raping Agnes all through Levi's childhood, means he's almost certainly had to watch Adrian raping his mother.]]

* In "The Riddle of the Sphinx", we know that Squires considered raping Nina when she was immobilized but restrained himself, presumably because he was planning on letting her go afterwards. Except that all the crossword clues Squires wrote beforehand were supposed to predict what he was going to do. So why did he include the "underslip" clue? Given that his "solving" of this clue is clearly a pretext for creepily hitting on Nina, which he then follows by sexually molesting her, it's highly possible that he was planning from the beginning to assault her while she was paralyzed and only restrained himself at the last second. Not just this, but his comment to Tyler referring to his desires ("That's bloody dangerous, leaving me alone with a girl in this condition...") also implies that he [[SerialRapist has a history]] of this sort of predatory behaviour.

* In "Boo to a Goose", [[spoiler:Edith remembers Gerry being a trade unionist, and Cleo asks Wilma when she became so mean. This suggests that Gerry was replaced, and explains why he doesn't wear a mask despite being on Finn's side and why he says 'it doesn't hurt'. Not to mention the whole Fridge Horror of talking about a 'replacement service' arriving in the first place...and they're not [[KillAndReplace talking about buses]].]]

This suggests that Gerry (and possibly Wilma as well) was replaced, and explains why he doesn't wear a mask despite being on Finn's side and why he says 'it doesn't hurt'.
