* For the first two murders that Butcher!Millie committed, Millie is actually home free. Millie!Butcher opened the cryo-chamber that Ryler died in, getting the Butcher's physical fingerprints on the crutch and controls. With Mr Bernardi, Butcher!Millie didn't touch anything in the shop that Millie wouldn't have anyway during class - if distinct fingerprints could be discerned at all. The only exception would be Mr Bernardi's body, but Butcher!Millie only touches him on his clothing (when shoving him through the table saw, she grabs him by the ankles, over his socks, not his leather shoes), and ''Series/{{CSI}}'' aside, it's actually very difficult to get fingerprints off woven cloth. However, for the murder weapons used at the Mill, Millie will just have to put her trust in law enforcement knowing that the Butcher was around (there's at least two officers besides Charlene to testify to that), and that the town wouldn't have a dedicated forensic expert anyway.

* The fact that the Butcher is killing people in Millie's body means that Millie could have been arrested if anyone had seen the murders take place and reported them to the authorities. Thankfully, Millie continuously showing up near the crime scenes in the Butcher's body means that the Butcher is automatically held responsible, and the only people who thought otherwise were the Blissfield Butcher's actual victims.

Piglet having a more boarlike design here was probably just supposed to be menacing, but it actually makes sense. Real life pigs can easily go feral and will grow traits like fur and tusks after only months of living in the wild.

* The narrator points out that Christopher's innocence is why he was able to befriend the creatures without realising how dangerous they truly were. So a child was basically spending years of his life surrounded by dangerous wild monsters that didn't kill him simply because he brought them enough food so they didn't become too hungry. This means that if the Hundred-Acre Wood had suffered a famine earlier, Christopher might have been killed as a child.
* While Owl and Rabbit's absence from the story was a result of the characters not being released to the public domain, it's possible they too were consumed by Pooh and Piglet during Christopher Robin's absence. Had Christopher not come back at all, Pooh or Piglet could have eventually resorted to eating the other and being left alone with their terrible crimes.
** On saying that, Owl and Rabbit can be briefly glimpsed during an animation when Pooh and Piglet drag Christopher Robin into a cave watching from the distance, confirming they are alive during the film but never participated in Pooh and Piglet's murder spree.
