* While the show noted that Greenbay Packers are owned by the city of Greenbay, Vlad hadn't thought about possessing the city government or voter base to buy the team. This maybe a plot hole until you realize that Packers' losing its status as community-owned team would ruin its authenticity as a genuine fan.

** Most obviously, there's Sydney Poindexter. A kid so ruthlessly bullied, he's thought to still haunt his locker. Why the heck would anyone think that, unless he died during that bullying? He may have killed himself, or one of the bullies may have taken it too far... Both are fairly likely.

* A nightmare fuel tied one: per Butch had Sam or Tucker got in the portal like Danny dead, they'd have died. Per the fridge brilliance, it is Jack who Danny inherited the survivability from. However not every child inherits a specific trait from their parent, which raises two questions. Would ''Jazz'' have survived such an incident, and more concerning, is it possible for one of Danny's kids to not inherit the resistance while also getting 50% of their DNA ectoplasm-ridden. Because if it is, Danny's wife (quite possibly Sam, who definitely doesn't have Danny and Jack's resistance) might have more than a few miscarriages.

** Meanwhile, you have Danny who lets the world see who he truly is when he can ''trust them'' to accept who he is, and does so turning ghost-to-human. This marks the milestone where he's [[EarnYourHappyEnding freed]] of his HeroWithBadPublicity status, and shows that at the end of the day, the heroic Danny Phantom is [[HumbleHero just a kid]] whose [[CharacterDevelopment grown]] to be selfless and brave.

** [[FromBadToWorse To further this]], Dark Danny is capable of both duplicating himself and having these duplicates overshadow people, just like Vlad can. He traveled back into the past, when his parents were still alive. Even back when he was Danny, he had experience of overshadowing his father. ''[[BedTrick Think]] [[OedipusComplex about]] [[ParentalIncest that]].''

* In "Flirting with Disaster", it's revealed that Vlad actually bought Axion Labs before Danny's class took their field trip. The major reason why Damon was fired in the first place was because the Labs lack security against ghosts, but now the Labs has a ghost shield. However, it's never really touched upon in the episode ''why'' Vlad bought Axion Labs (except Danny being nervous about it), there could a couple logical explanations:
** Vlad bought the Labs for his cloning experiment, hence why he has so many containment chambers under his mountain chalet in Colorado, and Axion Labs is known for their more advance technology (given their powerful Cybertron Main Computer that could control every other computer ''in the world''). The containment chambers could've been originally intended for more humane tactics, but Vlad being Vlad, reprogramed them into something more [[ColdBloodedTorture inhumane]]. And since Valerie is constantly in the Labs, she'd have to find some place to charge up all her gear and, unknowingly, transmit Danny's DNA samples to her benefactor.
** And him buying Axion Labs could also possibly be how he managed to get his own satellite on Saturn, which we've seen in ''Phantom Planet''. Axion Labs managed to make a booster rocket that can launch a single person into space in less than two minutes. Who's to say Vlad has other means to hide his possibly illegal satellite near a planet no human could notice.
*** Danny and his gang seem to know Vlad owns a satellite in Saturn, so it is likely he and his friends investigated Vlad buying Axion Labs between "D-Stabilized" and ''Phantom Planet''. It's likely between that time, Valerie handed Danny peanuts after she learned Vlad's identity and Danny was right about him all along.

** And come to think of it, this would reflect how Danny and Vlad view Danielle. Since Vlad saw Danielle as nothing more than a clone, it could come as a FridgeHorror that he ''never'' considered keeping her nourished with actual food. Danny, on the other hand, didn't hesitate to feed her when he initially believed her to be a real kid in need.

* The reason that Danny can get away with ClarkKenting is because, as Maddie herself mentions at one point, no one believes that humans can have ghost powers. The Fentons, for all their eccentricates, are among the world's best experts in ghosts whose technology can trap, destabilize, restabilize, and do any number of things to them, do not believe this is possible. So there is no reason for them to think that Danny ''Phantom'' is at all related to Danny ''Fenton''. And if they don't have any reason, to, why would anyone else?
** Meanwhile the Fenton parents rarely ever talk with the ghosts who do know and Vlad is certainly not going to correct them via mutually assured destruction if it goes wrong and self destruction if the Fenton parents accept Danny.
