* The concept of a StableTimeLoop in Time Will Tell has an amusing bit of brilliance, whether intended or not. The non-time travel explanation features a contrivance similar to the bootstrap paradox. [[spoiler: Ward, the killer, is operating off of a letter sent to a physicist by his intended target. His first victim was the sister of the physicist in question and Ward was using her to get to him. If Ward really was just crazy and with the same delusion as Doyle, the other apparent time traveler, where did he get a copy of the letter if he didn't know where the physicist lived?]]

* The conversation with the cult leader in Room 147 made it seem as if there were more then just three subjects. While it entirely possible that the others just hadn’t remembered yet. How many people recovered memories of killing the victim simply didn’t report it.
* If The Time of Our Lives was real and not just an illusion then that means the Richard Castle of the parallel universe was killed. Furthermore our Castle gave his family a brief glimpse of what he used to be only to disappear.

* In "Time Will Tell" [[spoiler: it's strongly implied, if not explicitly confirmed that Doyle and the killer are time-travelers and that in Castle and Beckett's lifetimes an energy war will occur against neo-fascists that according to Doyle are worse than ''Nazi Germany''. Sure, they'll be defeated thanks to Deschiles' energy shield and Beckett and Castle will get their happily ever after, but that's a pretty grim thing to be aware of as both of them are convinced by the end of the episode that Doyle really is from the future and they're going to be aware that WorldWarThree is going to occur in their lifetime, Doyle's reassurances not really helping as they watch events transpire knowing that the future ''can'' be changed. Heck, at the end Doyle himself realizes that he's going to have to travel back in time again to go undercover to see what the killer knows.]]
