In 2023, it was announced that a ''Taskmaster'' virtual reality game, ''Taskmaster VR'', is being developed by Scallywag Arcade for release on UsefulNotes/MicrosoftWindows (via Platform/{{Steam}}) and the [[Platform/OculusQuest Meta Quest]]. Allowing players to be contestants on the show itself completing various tasks in the game, it features cartoonish recreations of the ''Taskmaster'' House and studio from the original UK series, along with full voice acting from Greg Davies and Alex Horne reprising their roles as the Taskmaster and his assistant from the show. It is set to be released some time in 2024.

As of the now current All Star season, team challenges are now a thing

The first adaptation to largely transplant the original UK format. Like most other versions, it features a mix of recycled and original tasks. The most notable change to the format is that only one contestant offers up a prize entry (this role cycles through all of the contestants) in each episode, which the winner of the episode gets to keep. No tasks in the Danish iteration are team-based. If there is a tie at the end of an episode, the winner is determined based on who has received the most number of 5 points (i.e. who won the most tasks in that episode).

Due to low ratings, ''Dicho y hecho'' did not even get to have a full first season, with tapings being halted after the first episode underperformed and the other five that had already been recorded quietly shuffled into a late-night time slot.
