* ''WesternAnimation/HarryAndHisBucketFullOfDinosaurs'':
** At the beginning of "Super Harry!", when the shopping gets spilled, a glow comes from the bucket. Then, throughout the episode, Trike complains that something is stuck on his foot, and the dinosaurs keep hearing a jingling sound wherever they go. It turns out that [[spoiler:the car keys fell into the bucket and landed in Dino World at the same time as the shopping was spilled, then got stuck on Trike's foot by some chewed-up gum.]]
** In "Cookies!", Harry's dinosaurs all gasp upon hearing his cookie is gone, indicating that they didn't know. Later, it turns out that the cookie is missing because [[spoiler:Harry ate it himself, but because he was very sleepy and fell asleep immediately after, he forgot.]]
** In "Can You Hear a Drip?", Sam is drying her hair at the beginning. Then, in Dino World, Harry meets a giant, sentient rubber duck and a talking octopus, and sees a giant sponge, all of which he thinks look familiar. [[spoiler:At the end, it turns out that Sam took a bath and left the tap running, washing some of Harry's bath toys and the bath sponge into Dino World, where they grew giant and (in the case of the toys) [[LivingToys came alive]].]]

** In "Potty Mouth", when Lily says, "Dannit!" she's always pointing at donuts, whether on TV or in reality. [[spoiler:This reveals that "dannit" was actually a mispronunciation of "donut", not the D word.]]

** In "Barnacle Face", Pearl has been breaking out in barnacles, so she tries to scrub her barnacles with her soap, with no avail. But when SpongeBob took a look at the soap, he comments how the soap "smells so wonderful." [[spoiler: Which would later reveal, that the soap Pearl uses is made out of Krabby Patties!]]

* ''WesternAnimation/KingOfTheHill'', in "Bill, Bulk and the Body Buddies", when Bill went shopping to get vitamins for his training, he comes across a large bodybuilder by the name of Dirk, who insists to coach him. When Bill points out how huge he is, he claims that all the other gyms banned him for being "too ripped". This would foreshadow, Dirk's aggressive fitness style.

** ''[[GroundhogDayLoop Crontab trouble]]'' starts with Spin sleep-talking "Zuuuuuuuuuushiiiiiiiiiiin".
%%*** The same episode, and later ''R.O.S.E.'' hint at a relationship between Pounder and Vertex.

* ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitans2003'': "Spellbound" introduces us to the character Malchior of Nol, a powerful dragon-slaying mage from another dimension who Raven reads a book about and becomes enamored with when he himself appears, though is only a spirit trapped in a book. "Malchior" is a suitably mystical-sounding name, being only one letter off from "Melchior," an attributed name to one of the Biblical Magi, but look at exactly ''what'' the one-letter difference is: by replacing the E with an A, it becomes "mal", a common prefix derived from the Latin for "evil." [[spoiler:Sure enough, that's no coincidence: Malchior wasn't the mage, he was the dragon, and takes on his true form at the end to become the episode's villain.]]

** The climax of "Hooky" has a few vague hints that the hook that hooked [=SpongeBob=] was a BatmanGambit set up by Mr. Krabs to scare him into never playing on the fishing hooks again:
*** Squidward was not present in the Krusty Krab when [=SpongeBob=] ran there, hinting he's the one controlling it.
*** Mr. Krabs sounds mildly confused when he sees [=SpongeBob=] hooked, compared to when he was shocked to see [=SpongeBob=] and Patrick playing on the hooks before, hinting [=SpongeBob=] is not really in danger.
*** After seeing [=SpongeBob=] hooked, Mr. Krabs does not tell Pearl and her friends to look away while he takes off his pants and underwear, implying he set it up for him to be embarrassed.
*** The hook [=SpongeBob=] encounters is in the middle of the road instead of amongst the field of other hooks, as if it wanted [=SpongeBob=] to ride it.
*** The hook stays on [=SpongeBob=] the entire time he ran to the Krusty Krab, compared to the other hooks which immediately reeled in once [=SpongeBob=] and Patrick sat on them before floating back down. Also, the hook only tugs on [=SpongeBob=] whenever he denies Mr. Krabs.

Added DiffLines:

** In the beginning of "The Original Fry Cook", [=SpongeBob=] tells Squidward he's "not here for the money" when doing his job. The climax reveals Mr. Krabs not giving Jim a raise (because of his cheapness) is the reason why Jim left the Krusty Krab.
