Gundam See example removed for the following reasons: Kira does not lead the fighting, Lacus was the captain. Cagali is a female pilot but that is not enough to qualify as the Chick. As for Mobile Suit Gundam, Amuro Ray looks like a hold over from The Hero he was outranked by the mentors listed. Action Girl version of the chick? There is no such version. Monster Rancher has seven members including Moochi and Suezo which were there from the first episode. I'll bring it to discussion.
