After he dies, his truck and routes are inherited by Tommy, whose constant hangovers, bad attitude, and dislike of children cause the kids to despise him. Fortunately for Tommy, Debbie eventually inserts herself into his rounds and is much more personable to the kids, ultimately returning business to normal.

** Tommy rents a room upstairs Trees Lounge and is frequently drinking. His first scene is Connie waking him up because she needs to close the bar.
