They have recently gotten their latest batch of teens, and they're not happy to be there. However, since the boot camp is miles away from civilization, they have no choice but to stay.
On a wilderness hike, they discover a strange spherical object out in the desert. Nearby, Burt and Claire discover the wrecked car of their friend Lenny (Jay Pease), and his corpse inside. Soon, they all realize that there's a bloodthirsty alien creature in the desert with them.
