** Early in the movie, Bozo and his entourage of serial killers hits a young boy on a bicycle whilst drinking and driving. After being sent barreling over the car, The kid desperately tries to low-crawl his way across the street. Seeing that he was still alive, Bozo proceeded to run over the kid’s head, popping it like a balloon and splattering the road with his brains and blood. The terrible thing is that this gruesome murder was committed for no other reason than the thrill of the kill, which made this scene extremely upsetting.

* CardCarryingVillain: Nearly every bad guy that Toxie beats up (with the sole acception being [[spoiler:the old lady Toxie kills in the first film, who was actually a member of the White-Slave trade]]) are so [[CartoonishSupervillainy cartoonishly villainous]], they may as well [[IfYoureSoEvilEatThisKitten eat kittens]] in front of their little girl-owners while wearing "I'm Evil" t-shirts. * ToxicWasteCanDoAnything: The Toxic Avenger, of course. While it does make the titular character very ugly and the [[PainfulTransformation transformation is painful]], it also grants him '[[SuperStrength superhuman size and strength]]' and once he has fully transformed, he seems quite capable of living a normal life with no side effects.
