''Loaded Guns (Colpo in canna)'' is a 1975 Italian crime comedy film written and directed by Fernando Di Leo and starring Creator/Ursula Andress.

After a flight to Naples, American air stewardess Nora Green (Ursula Andress) is paid $100 dollars to deliver a letter to a local mafioso named Silvera (Creator/WoodyStrode). The letter is a threat sent by an enigmatic crime boss only known as the American. Suspecting that Nora is more than just an oblivious messenger, Silvera plans to use her to lure the American out, but not before having Nora roughed up by his men. Nora is soon rescued by a handsome circus acrobat and former boxer named Manuel who shelters her and convinces her to seek help from the police. Soon, Nora finds herself embroiled in a feud between two rival gangs. But there is also more to Nora than meets the eye.
