* SpitTake: Tej sprays his drink when Hobbs arrives at a barbecue and answers Roman's "[We] better hide the baby oil!" with a {{deadpan|Snarker}} "You better hide that [[RunningGag big-ass forehead]]." Wrestling/DwayneJohnson ad-libbed Hobbs' line, so the spit-take was a genuine reaction that [[ThrowItIn the directors decided to keep]].

* ArtisticLicensePhysics: When Dom saves Letty at the end of the tank chase, he catches her in mid-air and continues on the same trajectory as he had before. Considering the law of conservation of momentum, the only way it makes sense is if the weight difference between Dom and Letty was so vast that her mass is negligible compared to his. The devil in the details might be that, as well as certainly weighing almost twice as much as her, Dom was moving considerably faster than Letty, so he would have had enough momentum to cancel hers, but the whole move would still being a veritable miracle (which is ironically lampshaded in-universe by both Dom and Letty afterwards).

** Multiple fistfights happen within the cargo hold of a plane in midst of takeoff, but they suffer little to nothing of the lineal momentum they should be experiencing due to the plane's movement. Especially blatant is that Riley performs an airborn 540 kick on Letty, yet somehow lands perfectly in front of her instead of getting ejected through the open cargo hold back door at their back at the very moment her feet left the ground.

* ArtisticLicenseGeography: The film features a NATO base in a coastal region or city given as "Lusitania, Spain". Lusitania was a name for a land of ancient Hispania (roughly covering the eastern Portugal and western Extremadura) that ceased being used with the fall of the Roman Empire, and is nowadays solely used to refer to Portugal as a poetic license. This would have been so bizarre to Spanish audiences that it had to be changed in their dub, where Lusitania instead refers to the base itself; no word is given there about where is it, although the scenes were filmed in Canary Islands and it shows in its arid terrains, so it could be mercifully assumed that it is there.
* ArtisticLicensePhysics:
** The plane pulldown scene.
** When Dom saves Letty at the end of the tank chase, he catches her in mid-air and continues on the same trajectory as he had before, violating the law of conservation of momentum. The only way it makes sense is if Dom weighs several tons (or that Letty weighs next to nothing) so that Letty's mass is negligible compared to his.
*** As well as weighing almost twice as much as her, Dom was moving considerably faster than Letty so he would have had enough momentum to cancel hers.
* AxCrazy: Shaw takes blood-chilling pleasure in crushing dozens of innocent civilians under his tank in his rampage across the Spanish freeway; made doubly disturbing by the fact that it wasn't even a necessary maneuver to flee from Dom's crew.
