During his stay on earth, he meets the insane former "Miss Mental Health", Macy Struthers, who tells him to find her old boss, Farley Flavors. Deciding to listen to her, Sonny, Janet, and Riff Raff end up travelling around the world as they go on an adventure full of brainwashing, confusion, and insanity! And just a warning: this DOES have some shipping in it, but it's all very minor, and all apart of sort of a sub plot involving Riff Raff and [[spoiler: Nurse Ansalong]].
