** Fourthed by Veanne. One word: {{Wordlbuilding}}. Specifically, worldbuilding that explains, among other things, why the Goa'uld are such power-mad [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder backstabbers]]. Also features ''sane'' chemistry and a delicious instance of ObfuscatingInsanity (not by the same person, drat). And cool characters who make realistic mistakes. And a lovely, lovely plot. Cannot recommend it enough.

* ''Synopsis'': All Jack wanted to was stop off at the convenience store to pick some stuff up before meeting up with his wife and enjoying his vacation. Unfortunately, Murdock has mistaken him for his old nemesis, Dr Angus Series/MacGyver.

** It's a bit of a SelfInsertFic, and the main character is a bit of BeenThereSHapedHistory because of the way Daniel and/or Jack apparently went to her coffee house during or after almost every single mission, but, well, TropesAreNotBad. It's a well-written, funny, believable story about an OC who happens to be one of SG-1's very few "normal" acquaintances, what they look like to her, and how she handles it.

However, he does not get away with everything, and Agatha [[AwesomeMoments shuts him down quick nicely.]] Be aware, though, that this is Agatha before the main plot of ''Webcomic/GirlGenius'', and not the one at the most up-to-date issue.

Author is excellent at writing action, which is good because there are major fight scenes throughout. Kryal also brainstormed the story with the Crossover Queen herself, Vathara. Has a [[FanFic/TheDragonKingsTemple trope page!]]
