While they know they are in a different world due to Katarina's affectionate treatment of Keith and her willingness to break her engagement, there are things they don't know which raise some eyebrows. For example, King Stuart is given pause when Geord asks him to confirm that Duchess Claes and Keith are against the engagement. Similarly, Game!Keith doesn't realize that Isekai!Keith has been trying to break the engagement so he can be with Katarina, which raises everyone's suspicions when he's rather subdued when Geord announces that he's breaking the engagement.

Gerald is initially pleased with that game!Katarina loves him, only to be horrified at how spoiled and wicked she is. Geord is satisfied that Isekai!Katarina is willing to nullify their engagement, leaving his open to have Maria, until he discovered that Isekai!Maria is in love with his former fiance. Game!Keith is the only one that is satisfied with an adoring and caring Claes family [[spoiler:until it is revealed to everyone that he and Geord are from another world, leading to their arrest]].
