Danny had few goals in life. Protecting his family and friends was at the top of the list, but not far below that was avoiding attention of superheroes that might decide he really was the menace the media portrayed him to be and come to Amity to do something about it. Now, thanks to the Box Ghost Danny's anonymity was in jeopardy.

* AndThenWhat: The Box Ghosts is asked this by Bruce. He has no clue.
* {{Blackmail}}: After Danny sees Billy turn into Shazam, he blackmails him with keeping quiet about the ghosts in Amity Park.
* BruceWayneHeldHostage: The first story has Bruce and several of his business associates help captive by the Box Ghost as insurance against Danny, who had been chasing his across the country for hours.
* ContrivedCoincidence: Although the Flash went there deliberately, Batman, Superman, and Captain Marvel all independetly have had encounters with ghosts/travelled to Amity Park.
* HeroWithBadPublicity: Danny. When talking with Bruce about the situation in Amity, Clark looks over several of the articles about him and notes that even the ones that are ''trying'' to be complimentary aren't very flattering, and when he realizes that the government has passed legislation stripping any entities that are made of ectoplasm or need it to survive of any rights, he can understand why Phantom is wary about getting the Justice League’s attention.
* TheMasquerade: Someone, presumably the GIW, is doing their best to hide the existence of the ghosts in Amity Park, and Danny and company aren't really fighting it given the anti-ghost FantasticRacism. Because of what the Guys in White are up to, and since the Justice League is run under a government charter, they’re wary of it too.
