* ImmediateSequel: Lunatea's Veil ends with a scene where you see the Wind Ring on a wooden table [[TheStinger after the credits are done.]] This fanfiction turns quickly picks up on this scene on the first chapter and reveals that it's Klonoa waking up in Kio's house after he was found unconscious in a lake.

Revealing that Lunatea disappeared all around him in a ripple, until nothing but a white void was left. ** In the game, [[MonsterClown Joka]] is killed by the heroes at Volk City. Here, his presence at Volk [[ActuallyADoombot turned out to be just a second clone]], and he's finally KilledOffForReal at the Lunar Base.
** While Garlen was absorbed by Nahatomb in the game, he's killed by the heroes here for ordering the hit on Guntz's father, and for [[DirtyOldMan perving out on Lolo Jr.]]
** Speaking of Nahatomb, the game had him killed by the heroes and everyone who was trapped in nightmares, as they sent all of their positive dreams to overwhelm him. Because the nightmare element was AdaptedOut, he instead dies by losing a BeamOWar to Klonoa Jr.
