* ThemedAliases: Penance has a habit of choosing aliases starting with the letters ‘Pen’ when he settles into a new identity. Admittedly it doesn’t make much sense for someone supposedly on the run from a stalker.

* DarkAndTroubledPast: Penance and his family were killed when he was biologically 12-years-old. He came back as an immortal; his family didn't.
