When some Death Eater remnants attack them, Taylor, Harry, and the Grangers, Xeno fires a spell that turns one inside out (and was the first one other than Taylor to react to the attack in general), while Luna shoots a spell that makes the Death Eater, already a victim of her father's spell and hit by Harry and Hermione's own efforts, ''explode'' after a few seconds.

They're lucky that she doesn't cause any permanent injuries before a goblin with more common sense arrives and manages to sort things out.

* IdiotBall: InUniverse, ''something'' is going on with Hogwarts that has caused many of the incidents with Harry in the past few years to be relatively obscure or glossed over, or downplayed by those who knew of them and ''should'' be outraged, and while Dumbledore being a secretive old wizard could explain ''some'' of it (or be because he's been affected himself) that still leaves a lot, like Remus forgetting his potion on a full moon night and then going after the kids, which he explicitly notes is something that he hasn't done before or since.
