*** So to put it simply, Hector, Carter, Shayera and Kendra are half-siblings as Shayera and Kendra have the same mother (Shiera Sanders) but different fathers (Katar Hol and Michael Walters respectively), Hector and Carter have the same father (Katar Hol) but different mothers (Shiera Sanders and Naomi Carter respectively).

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Starfire's daughter Mandy in ''I Am Not Starfire'' is a lot more likeable than her comic book counterpart.

''[=AR1996=] Ultraverse'' is a MassiveMultiplayerCrossover FanVerse project with a greater focus on Franchise/TheDCU, Franchise/MarvelUniverse, Franchise/PowerRangers and Franchise/SuperSentai, created by Website/DeviantArt user [=AdrenalineRush1996=] under his [=AR1996=] moniker, which began development all the back in 2014 as a fanfic adaptation of the pre-''Zyuranger'' seasons, then reworking it as a ''Power Rangers'' fanfic project called ''[=AR1996=] Universe'' in 2015, later renaming it as ''Adrenalineverse'' in 2016 before retooling it to include other franchises and ultimately renaming to its current name in 2017 and it eventually launched in May 2020 after two pilot versions in late 2018 and late 2019 respectively.

** ComicBook/CarolDanvers doesn't become Captain Marvel in this continuity, as to distance herself from her main comic book counterpart, who has become a very polarising character in recent years. Instead, she's Warbird and [[Characters/MarvelComicsMarvels Monica Rambeau]] is the incumbent Captain Marvel.

** In fact, the Ultraverse version of ''Franchise/MastersOfTheUniverse'' is a fusion of ''WesternAnimation/HeManAndTheMastersOfTheUniverse1983'', ''WesternAnimation/SheRaPrincessOfPower'', the [[WesternAnimation/HeManAndTheMastersOfTheUniverse2002 2002 reboot]] of the former and the [[WesternAnimation/SheRaAndThePrincessesOfPower 2018 reboot]] of the latter.

* AdaptationalGenderIdentity: Oscar Grandier from ''Anime/LupinIIITheWomanCalledFujikoMine'' is a trans man in this continuity, in comparison to the source material, in which he's a cis man.
* AdaptationalHeroism:
** Lotor is much more heroic in this continuity in comparison to his [[WesternAnimation/VoltronLegendaryDefender 2016 series counterpart]], whose heroism turned to be a façade thanks to harvesting Alteans.
** A downplayed example with [[Series/StarTrekDiscovery Gabriel Lorca]], as while he's still a corrupt captain like his MirrorUniverse counterpart, his actions are a lot different as he's instead part of Section 31 along with being a more sympathetic character in addition to him resigning from Starfleet following his surrender.
** Though Barriss still does leave the Jedi Order like in the end of ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars'' season 5, her actions are nowhere near as what happened in the series, as Darth Maul is instead the one who bombs the Jedi Temple. Instead, she realises that due to losing some of her fellow friends in the order, she leaves the order and falls to the dark side, feeling it's not worth being a Jedi anymore, though she manages to redeem herself later on.
** ComicBook/MariaHill is more like her Franchise/MarvelCinematicUniverse counterpart, hence she has none of her comic book counterpart's unheroic actions.
** The Ultimen from ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeague'' are heroes in this continuity than being antagonists.
* AdaptationalJobChange: [[Series/PowerRangersWildForce Cole Evans]] does not serve as leader of his team, instead Taylor Earhardt remains team leader instead of being demoted like her main PR and Sentai counterparts.
* AdaptationalNationality:
** [[ComicBook/XMen Professor X]] is a dual British/American citizen born in London than a full-on American. This is a nod on his [[Film/XMenFilmSeries live-action counterpart]] being played by British actors Creator/PatrickStewart and Creator/JamesMcAvoy.
** A subversion. While ComicBook/BlackWidow was born in the US in this continuity unlike in the comics in which she is a Russian born spy who became a naturalised American citizen, she still is of Russian descent and has dual Russian/American citizenship as her parents defected from the KGB to join SHIELD before she was born.

** The Film/MysteryMen characters have full names than going by their first name with their last name unrevealed in the film, which shares the same last names as their actors - Roy [[Creator/BenStiller Stiller]] (Mr. Furious), Jeffrey [[Creator/HankAzaria Azaria]] (The Blue Raja), Eddie [[Creator/WilliamHMacy Macy]] (The Shoveler), Carol [[Creator/JaneaneGarofalo Garofalo]] (The Bowler) and Monica [[Creator/ClaireForlani]], while Invisible Boy, the Spleen and the Sphinx have actual names outside their superhero identities, given that they were the only ones whose identities were never revealed in the film - Ethan [[Creator/KelMitchell Mitchell]], [[Creator/PaulReubens Paul]] [[Series/PeeWeesPlayhouse Herman]] and Marcus [[Creator/WesStudi Studi]] respectively.
