* A concept that saw a spike in popularity after ''Fanfic/WeissReacts'' is where the cast will be abducted or invited by some omnipotent being (either an Author Avatar or an [=OC=]) and transported to an otherworldly theater setting to watch themselves from across the "multiverse", with the viewing consisting mostly of snippets of shows/films that have them take the roles of the work's original cast, which they all riff on ''Series/MysteryScienceTheater3000''-style. Jaune often serves as the lead in these vignettes, and to that end, usually isn't in the audience himself. Whether there's an overarching plot and if characters can freely leave varies, but either way, these fics always start with only the core characters in the audience, with more and more of the show's supporting cast joining every few chapters.

Untagging spoilers, per the previous (technically unilateral but noncontroversial) addition of a spoiler warning. Also removing the Fall Maiden May Marigold line, as I recall a previous discussion that this doesn't count for lack of provable use. I mentioned in that discussion that I hadn't seen it myself; if someone has, feel free to restore the line.
