** Yuffie is renamed by enough players simply as "Bitch" to warrant its mention here, due to her annoying tendencies to steal your money or materia. Although if they hate her so much, you'd wonder why they bothered to get her in the first place, since she's an optional character.

** OG Numbers - The collective heroes of ''Original Generation'', derived from the name "Alpha Numbers" used by the heroes of the ''SuperRobotWarsAlpha'' series.

** Yukikikikiko - Yukiko, after a [[http://community.livejournal.com/mayonakatv/tag/my+ dad+ is+ a+ lawyer truly brilliant troll]] started posting stories to the LiveJournal fan community.

** Uber - Used for Pok�mon who are [[GameBreaker Game Breakers]] in PlayerVSPlayer.
** Legendary - While the term is used in canon, a different definition is used by the fandom to mean the many [[LostForever one chance only]] Pokemon that appear in the series. While this does include the rare Pok�mon with actual legends behind them, fan usage includes Pok�mon like Mewtwo and Deoxys, which don't have legends attatched to them due to their origins. A good portion of them happen to be described as Uber as well.

** Shiny - unofficial term for generally any Pok�mon with an alternate coloration, given that, whenever one appears, it briefly sparkles.

** [[BadAss GAR]]chomp - [[GameBreaker Garchomp]], obviously. It's incredibly manly for a Pok�mon, even if you have a female one.

** Pikablu - Marill, acquired during [[EpilepticTrees speculation]] and [[UrbanLegendOfZelda rumor]] as to the names and appearances of new Pok�mon in Silver/Gold.
** This troper has heard the term "Brogekiss" used to refer to the Pok�mon Togekiss, specifically those who use "Funder Wave" (Thunder Wave) and Air Slash spam to keep the opponent from attacking.

** [[OlympusMons Pok�God]]-A nickname jokingly used for Arceus.

Especially when paired with the smallest possible tusks, a topknot, or both.

** [[TheFreshPrinceOfBelAir Uncle Phil]] - Coach from the upcoming ''Left 4 Dead 2'' (he's the tall black guy), for his uncanny ressemblance to said character.

** Fagabond - The Vagabond, a Minmatar Assault Cruiser with far too much speed and maneuverability for it's own good, especially in a nano setup as described above.

** The Wii, for the longest time, was practically it's own nickname to the obvious potential for ToiletHumor in how it is explicitly pronounced of it.

** Aeri'''th''' Gain'''th'''borough, called this by [[BrokenBase fans who dissaprove]] of the retcon to her name's spelling and pronunciation, which to some, sounds like lisping.

** Utsuho, in honor of her naivete, heat-based rather than ice-based powers, and being called a birdbrain by her friend Orin in the ''Subterranean Animism'' Extra Stage backstory, has earned for herself â‘¥. Other nicknames include Chernobyl-tan (for her '''nuclear''' fusion powers),[[FinalFantasy Bahamuko]] (for her Mega Flare spellcard), and [[{{Metroid}} Samus]] Unyu (the control rod she wears on her left arm is often depicted as an ArmCannon and she inexplicably says "Unyu?" in the ''Subterranean Animism'' Extra Stage backstory). ** And, of course, ⑨ - Cirno. Her meteoric rise to fame began with a game screenshot in the manual of ''Phantasmagoria of Flower View'', in which her in-game sprite was labelled "⑨: {{Baka}}."
