* WesternAnimation/ReadyJetGo has one in the form of the snarky KidDetective, Mitchell Peterson. He doesn't appear in much promotional material, or that many episodes, but he's easily the most popular of the supporting cast, due to his Adorkable Adorkable-ness, interesting personalityHe acts like a Jerkass most of the time, but as revealed in the ChristmasEpisode, that's just to hide his insecurities about making friends, his dynamic with Mindy Melendez, and because he brings a lot of drama and suspense to the show due to wanting to prove that Jet is an alien. It's gotten to the point where he gets added to episodes for fanservice, and of course the fans declare whatever episode he is in a great episode.

** Gary, Timmy's imaginary friend, who only ever appeared in two episodes (one of which was just a continuity nod) but is also very popular with the fandom.
** Princess Mandie, who's one of the few competent villains in the series and looks like she came out of Danny Phantom instead. She only appeared in three episodes (plus a cameo in a fourth).

** And for a villainous example, Omniverse gives us Malware, a villainous, psychopathic Galvanic Mechamorph. Despite only appearing in two season arcs, he rivals Rook in terms of popularity. In a DenserAndWackier show where most of the villains fail to be intimidating, Malware is notable for inverting VillainDecay, going from a oneshot villain with a FatalFlaw of talking too much to a genuinely dangerous and terrifying antagonist. Many fans love him just for that and hope he'll at least make one more appearance in later seasons. Sadly, he doesn't.

%% *** He didn't. He started out as a Dickensian miser in a Christmas story in 1947. However, most of Donald's relatives and other Disney characters fit this trope. His nephews: started in a Sunday page in 1937 and a cartoon in 1938. Both end with them leaving their uncle. Goofy: started out as a theatre-goer with a goofy laugh called Dippy Dawg in 1932. Gladstone Gander: Donald's (not yet lucky) cousin coming in winter 1947/1948. Gyro Gearloose: started his career with a half-page cameo in a story. And so the list goes on.

** Marie, the blue-haired Kanker. She has a much larger fanbase than any other girl in the show and is often considered to be the most attractive one, despite not being intentionally designed as such. Pairing her with the object of her affections/psychosis, Edd, is probably the most popular 'ping in the fandom. Her sisters get this to a lesser degree, as does Rolf.
