* WesternAnimation/ChalkZones BigBad Skrawl is probably the most popular character in the fandom, despite only appearing in a handful of episodes. It can probably be attributed to his menacing personality and fantastic voice work by Creator/JimCummings.

** Hedonism-Bot apologizes for nothing!

** Fred Fredburger. YES!

** Fred Fredburger.Fredburger, much in the same vein as Cheese from Foster's described above. YES!

** For a more significant character, Janna, who was promoted from a minor recurring character in Season 1 to a friend of Star often hanging out with her and Marco in Season 2.
** One-shot villain Rasticore's appearance was enough for fans to wish that he had stayed alive after his only episode.

** Red X appeared in two episodes where he wasn't just Robin's disguise but has a big fan following, largely for being a mysterious, badass ChaoticNeutral AntiVillain.

* WesternAnimation/BatmanTheBraveAndTheBold.
** ComicBook/Aquaman. He's OUTRAGEOUS!
** TheMusicMeister, despite only being the main villain of a single episode. Though, the fact he's voiced by Creator/NeilPatrickHarris probably helps. After the episode was out there was tons of fanart, and demands that he be incorporated into the DCU within minutes. The demand for the soundtrack was so high that they announced plans to release a soundtrack about two or three days after the episode leaked onto the Internet, and said that if the show had a third season he would be back. (Unfortunately, he wasn't.)

* Angel from WesternAnimation/LiloAndStitchTheSeries, an intended one-shot who reappeared later due to popularity. Not to mention Sparky as well as some other experiments. Disney eventually acknowledged this and started Shipping Stitch with Angel in Asia.

*** DonRosa, who made it quite clear that he wasn't very found of the series portrayal of the Donald Duck mythos. Once mentioned that Launchpad was one of the exceptions and that he would really have loved to use him in a mainstream Donald Duck story if Egmont had let him.
