* ''WesternAnimation/{{Kaeloo}}'' has Eugly the rabbit, who doesn't say or do much in the event that she even appears in the episode. However, a lot of fans like her because she's genuinely kind (most of the characters on this show are {{jerkass}}es), and there's a quite a bit of fanart dedicated to her.

** Demongo got a pretty big fan base as well (despite only appearing in one episode), enough to even get him a profile on Cartoon Network's site at one point in their old shows archive. He also makes an appearance on the game ''VideoGame/FusionFall''

** The Guardian of the time portal is well-loved by fans for being the only character to unambigously and truly defeat TheHero Samurai Jack and fans are hoping that he reappears in Season 5 with a rematch with the more experienced samurai. [[spoiler:Unfortunately he did, and when we mean unfortunately, we mean being KilledOffscreen by Aku without much fanfare, to the dismay of many fans who were hoping that another rematch would have happened]].

** Rachel, a.k.a. Numbuh 362, who literally ate her way through brocoli to stop the spread of it. Not to mention, a lot of fans pair her with Numbuh 1, causing her popularity to raise even higher.
** Tommy Gilligan, a.k.a. The Tommy, Numbuh Two's younger brother. He was a big secondary character later in the series, but only because of his popularity early on.

** The Scotsman. A big, loud, barrel-chested walking stereotype with a huge Scottish claymore and a machine-gun for a leg who picks a fight with Jack for no real reason at all. Usually when a baddie does this he's curb-stomped by Jack in one blow, but fans were shocked and delighted when The Scotsman instead ''evenly matches Jack'', fights him for a straight day, and the battle ends in a tie when they are both too exhausted to continue. The guy went on to return in a later episode, then gets ADayInTheLimeLight episode where ''he saves Jack's life repeatedly'' over the course of a two-part episode.

** Despite appearing only in the opening scene of Season 5, the unnamed family of humanoid dog aliens referred to as the [[FanNickname Emoji Family]] is quite adored by the fanbase for being cute and adorable due to using emoticons to communicate with each other, and they spawn a lot of fan art.
** Scaramouch partly for being the comic relief to break up the heavy drama and tension for the rest of the episode, and for how his fight with Jack is the perfect blend of intense, creative and ridiculous. His popularity would skyrocket the moment he uttered one [[PrecisionFStrike dirty word]] that caught every viewer by surprise because it would [[GettingCrapPastTheRadar never get away with it in previous seasons]] and it turned into an instant MemeticMutation.
