* Take a sip every time someone gets called out for keeping secrets.
** Take two sips if it's Clark.
** Take three sips if it's Lex.
** Down your drink if it's Lana.

** Everytime someone is stalked or kidnapped.

** Specifically, you could take a sip every time Lana whines or lectures about someone--usually Clark--keeping secrets from her. Take another if she says something along the lines of "Secrets only keep people apart." You'll be wheeled into the emergency room in no time.

** One drink every time Lana chews someone else out for keeping a secret while she's keeping a secret of her own. Two drinks if the secret is ''way'' worse than the ones being kept from her. Finish your drink if they the conflict could have been avioed if Lana ''hadn't'' been keeping said secret.

* Drink every time a character monologues (scenes with Lex are going to be a b***h).

** Aw hell, down a drink every time Lana starts a new relationship.

* Take a sip every time Lionel tells Lex something along the lines of "Luthors are special."

* Drink every time Lana and Clark whine about how they can't be together and then a {{Wangst}}y pop song starts playing.

* Take a sip every time Lex pours a drink. Ironic, no?

** One drink every time Lana chews someone else out for keeping a secret while she's keeping a secret of her own. Two drinks if the secret is ''way'' worse than the ones being kept from her. Finish your drink if they CouldHaveAvoidedThisPlot if Lana ''hadn't'' been keeping said secret.

* Season 9: Take a drink every time Zod uses the word "kneel", every time someone else uses it in relation to him, and down your glass if the actual phrase "kneel before Zod!" is said.

Drinking game to play while watching ''{{Smallville}}'':

** Take two if it's someone who should by no means be able to do so, such as Jimmy Olsen or Lois Lane. (These'll have to be from earlier seasons, as Michael Rosenbaum has left the show, and the Lex Luthor Castle won't be appearing much anymore.)

* Take a drink every time someone [[SwissCheeseSecurity wanders into Lex's castle]]. (There's a ''reason'' this trope used to be named LexLuthorSecurity before it became SwissCheeseSecurity.)

* Drink every time Tess inspires a HoYay moment.

* Drink every time you see there is a ShipTease for any ship not currently in play.

* Drink every time you see Chloe/Clark ShipTease. Take two if they end up saying SheIsNotMyGirlfriend or a variant.

* Take a drink every time someone [[SwissCheeseSecurity wanders into Lex's castle]]. (there's a ''reason'' this trope used to be named LexLuthorSecurity before it became SwissCheeseSecurity).

* Drink every time Lionel's hair blows dramatically in the wind (not counting the opening titles).
