* As Swain, drown your sorrows if your ManaMeter [[PhlebotinumBreakdown runs out at the most inconvenient moment]] and everyone gangs up on and kills your defenseless human form. Also applies to Anivia if you were counting on Glacial Storm acting as a no-man's-land between you and their team and you all get jumped the moment it stops casting.

* As Anivia, take a drink every time you miss a QE or RE combo.

* As Mordekaiser, drink each time your ultimate gets you a champion's ghost.
** Drink again for each kill or objective this ghost secures you.
** Finish your drink, start another and finish it, then start another if you score a Pentakill with a [[MagikarpPower carry]]'s ghost.
*** Drink everything in the building if you [[AllOrNothing deliberately fed said carry gold and XP so their ghost would be powerful enough to do this.]]

** Two if it's unconventional (eg. Quinn's backflip, enemy knockback sends you to safety, Baron or Vilemaw disables your pursuers...)

Twisted Treeline
The same as Summoner's Rift, but:
* Replace Baron Nashor with Vilemaw.
* Take another two drinks for a triple kill.
* Drink every time you control both altars.

Crystal Scar
* Take a celebratory shot every time you manage to control all 5 points.
** Conversely take a shot of shame if the enemy controls all of them simultaneously.
* Chug while you are capturing.
* Take a drink and snicker to yourself every time you cap a point by yourself completely uncontested (likely through sneaking behind enemy lines and ninja-ing an unguarded point).

** Take a shot for every enemy ward you destroy with a Vision Ward or Oracle's Elixir.

* As Singed, take a shot and laugh maniacally every time you use Insanity Potion.

* As Ezreal, Draven, Ashe, or Jinx, take a shot for every enemy you manage to kill with your ultimate that you weren't even aiming at.

** Drink if you were trying to steal someone's ultimate during a team fight but accidentally click on someone else and are now stuck with a crappy ability for the next two minutes.

** Drink if someone complains about you kill stealing when you execute someone with your ultimate.
** Drink if you attempt to execute someone only for them to heal/become invulnerable at the last possible moment.

** Drink if Ebb & Flow ends up [[AccidentalMurder taking out an enemy]] due to it bouncing from yourself or an ally.

*** Take a quick sip if you [[[[ExactlyWhatIAimedAt accidentally catch another enemy with your missed bubble]].

*** Take a long drink if you manage to do catch someone with your bubble.

** Drink if you successfully hit multiple enemies with Tidal Wave.

** Drink twice if you get pulled into Mordekaiser's ult and you kill him.

** Take a long drink if you manage to do catch someone with your bubble.

* Drink for each champion that gets banned by ''both'' sides (optional for [[TierInducedScrappy Yasuo]] and [[ThatOneAttack Blitzcrank]]).

* As a mage, drink at the start of the match [[TierInducedScrappy just for picking a mage in the first place]].

* As Lulu, take a shot whenever you use stack your ult on top of [[AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever A: a fully stacked Cho'Gath, or B: a Nasus or Renekton who's already ulting himself]]. Start chugging the bottle and don't stop until the effect ends if the champion in question [[UpToEleven decides to stack an Iron Elixir on top of all that]].

** Take a drink if the enemy team is [[WhatAnIdiot dumb enough to focus you first]]. Take two if you have an ability or item (like Thornmail) that's [[CounterAttack actually killing them]] as they do so. Down the bottle and laugh if you're [[BreadEggsBreadedEggs Rammus with a Thornmail]] and the enemy team is doing this.

* Drink if Riot says [[labelnote:*]]as in, not just that you suspect[[/labelnote]] a chamption is receiving a patch to amend a change they made previously that left them ''too'' powerful/vulnerable.

** Drink if you fail to kill your mark. [[labelnote:NOTE]]Given that choosing marks required skill and good judgment, if you find yourself too drunk to kill any of them STOP DRINKING BEFORE YOU KILL YOURSELF[[/labelnote]]

** Take a long drink of relief if your passive kicks in just in time to save you from seemingly certain death.
