The result is that with Ocelot teaching, Aizawa's class has fewer injuries then when Aizawa is teaching, as Fudaki's death ends up being a major RageBreakingPoint for Ocelot. It's later revealed to Ocelot that Aizawa was a good teacher, but due to an [[NoodleIncident unspecified incident]], he ended up being the teacher he is now.

** IJustWantToBeBadass gets deconstructed as the whole reason Jaune continues to rely on the [[EvilMask Mask of Nihilus]] is that he doesn't want to go back to being a TeamNormal. The powers he gained from Nihilus's mask finally made him feel special, hence why he refuses to get rid of the mask despite knowing that the being trapped inside the mask is manipulating him in order to break free. Even when everything around him falls apart because of his powers, he still hangs onto the mask to the bitter end.

* ''Fanfic/MetalGearGreen'':
** The first world nations are heavily over reliant on heroes, to a point where police, army and emergency services have their fundings cut to the bone. With many of these being viewed as dead-end jobs, neglect and rampant corruption is seen, with soldiers selling guns to criminals for money, tanks being stripped of parts or shipped to another nation, up to and including naval ships being stolen from naval bases and sold on the black market. It makes Night Owl and the MSF's acquirement of these materials very easy as no one keeps track of the stolen materials, anyway.
** While civilians in the first world view heroes with respect and admiration, in some parts of the second world and the third world, heroes are viewed extremely negatively due to them being heavily discriminated, living under tyrannical rule, or being abandoned because they are practically unheard of or have a 'villainous' quirk. When the heroes involved in the Nigerian Hero attack tell the refugees the MSF were helping to go home, [[RageBreakingPoint the refugees attack the heroes in a blind rage, viewing their ignorance as being told to go fuck off and die.]]

** The Doom Slayer's vicious handling of Shigaraki, the Steel Sabers, Wolfram's group and a random street gang ending with the latter three viciously slaughtered and the former with a re-attached arm with severe inability to use his Quirk in that hand is considered normal to him. To everyone else, from civilians, heroes and even ''villains''? Disturbing, traumatic and horrifying, as despite him not killing any civilians or harming them, he is branded as an extremely dangerous serial killer by cops and heroes that has to be stopped.
** ThouShallNotKill is also brutally deconstructed by using the Steel Sabers. As Nine explains to Wolfram in Chapter nine, the Steel Sabers engage in FlawExploitation on heroes 'no-killing' code, killing 246 heroes in their entire career. When Izuku says that the Slayer cannot keep killing like this, VEGA gently reminds him that A: The Steel Sabers were mercenaries that engaged in war crimes, not average thugs robbing a convenience store. And B: Killing them was the only option there was available, unless Izuku is saying that they should be allowed to kill more heroes and civilians, shutting down the kid upon him likely realizing that he was essentially arguing for more heroes to die.

* ''Fanfic/TheHeroicAdventuresOfZeus'' plays around with EverybodyLovesZeus in the world of ''Literature/PercyJacksonAndTheOlympians''. During the events of ''The Lightning Thief'', the Zeus of the ''Percy Jackson'' world is somehow replaced with the iteration from Disney's ''WesternAnimation/{{Hercules}}''. But since the ''Percy Jackson'' Zeus is TruerToTheText regarding the Greek Myths (being crueler, iller-tempered, lecherous, unfaithful to Hera, and an absolute dick to his children), compared to the SadlyMythtaken Disney Zeus (who's much more jovial, kinder, faithful and loving to Hera, and a proud father to Hercules), the other Greek Gods think this "new" Zeus has gone insane from losing his Master Bolt. By contrast, Disney's Zeus is wondering why the Pantheon is suddenly reacting this way towards him, considering he's never gone down the path of his mythological counterpart (and indeed, [[OtherMeAnnoysMe he's horrified when he finds out what this other Zeus did]]). On the other hand, this Zeus winds up [[ReconstructedTrope reconstructing]] the very trope he created by [[spoiler:taking over as Camp Half Blood's new director, forcing the gods to reclaim their lost children, and expanding the Greek Pantheon to better include minor gods, which foils Kronos' plans.]]

Even worse he is shown to be willing to manipulate his allies just to attack Harry/Ritsuka who in this continuity is not the Boy who lived. But someone who he abandons to not get in the way of his plans all the while using the very same creed that he wrote in one of his letters to Grindelwald to justify his actions. This caused the Final Master to have [[TheResenter Resentment issues.]] and his Servants including Kingu, Bedivere, Mochizuki, Mordred and even Merlin to be very disgusted with Dumbledore and the Order (Except for Sirius and Remus), and not only that when Merlin exposes Dumbledore's secrets as well as the latter's SanitySlippage due to Harry/Ritsuka's interference it also caused many of the members of the Order [[BrokenPedestal to lost faith in him (Sirius and Remus included.)]]. It also deconstructs TheChosenOne in the form of the OC [[CainAndAbel Charles Potter]] by showing just how spoiled one can be when chosen to save the world in the latter case he was [[GreenEyedMonster jealous]] of Harry/Ritsuka to the point of insulting Mash as a slut and the Servants as Dark Creatures. he also [[NeverMyFault blames]] the former for "ruining" his dreams when in actuality he is the one who ruins his own life by arrogantly believing he can now be the Final Master due to Dumbledore trying to get rid of Harry/Ritsuka.

* ''FanFic/MassEffectTheEquestrianEquation'' deconstructs the ''My Little Pony'' side in its efforts to explain some of the FridgeLogic behind the setting- mainly, TheReveal is that [[spoiler: "Equestria" is actually a [[Film/TheMatrix Matrix-style computer simulation]], and some of the weirder happenings are either due to the programs running the simulation coming up with new challenges for the main heroes and just reusing their assets, or one of the heroes breaking the code and twisting the simulation to better fit their needs. Why did Twilight never tell her friends about Shining Armor? Because Shining Armor didn't even exist until Celestia decided to program him in. Additionally, the BlackAndWhiteMorality of ''My Little Pony'' gets put through the filter of the more morally grey ''Mass Effect'' universe, and the ponies' trusting and idealistic nature is ultimately what caused them to lose the war against the Reapers during their cycle (despite their technology allowing them to take the Reapers in a head-on fight with a good chance of winning), as they proved to be exceptionally vulnerable to Indoctrination and infiltration efforts]].

Other takes (e.g. ''Fanfic/WhatTheCatDraggedIn'') ''do'' have the more experienced heroes look into it, only to realize that -- between their own lack of knowledge on the situation and the fact that Hawk Moth could easily akumatize them -- the best thing they can do for Paris' heroes is to invoke this trope, though usually they offer to provide Ladybug and Chat Noir with more indirect assistance as well.

Not sure if 'deconstruct the deconstruction, different from a reconstruction' is the best way to put it, but I wouldn't call what tends to happen a Reconstruction so...

* ''Fanfic/InfinityTrainBlossomingTrail'' deconstructs what happens if characters from one world get drawn into the ''WesternAnimation/InfinityTrain''. Those who actually ''have'' Pokémon are just as equally able to be attacked or harmed in some way whether they be hostile denizens, the Train itself or the Apex. And since the Train can pick up people from all ''types'' of worlds -- we have [[VideoGame/AngelsOfDeath Zack]] and [[Manga/HappySugarLife Satou]] briefly spare with one another -- then that ends up with the terrifying possibility of what type of mentally challenged people one can encounter on the Train itself.

Meanwhile [[Fanfic/InfinityTrainBlossomverse further related stories]] deconstruct the deconstruction, different from a reconstruction, by pointing out that while the Infinity Train is not related to Pokémon, the Pokémon world has the fantastic science to study and comprehend the Infinity Train if given the direction, reason, and incentive to look for it.

* ''FanFic/TheWeddingCrashers'' is a crossover between ''Series/{{Supernatural}}'' and ''Literature/{{Twilight}}'' that introduces the Winchesters and Castiel into the Twilght universe as friends of Leah just in time to attend Jacob and Renesmee's wedding, showing how the more-normal Sam and Dean react to a lot of things in the Twilight universe (imprinting, sparkling, the attitudes of the Cullens and their allies, the Cullens' spending habits, how little most characters in the series care about humanity) and finally blows up in the best possible way.

* ''Fanfic/KwamiMagiHomuraMagica'' takes a few whacks at the fanon idea of [[WesternAnimation/MiraculousLadybug Future Bunnyx]] being a time traveling jerkass who doesn't try to fix things even they clearly go wrong despite knowing everything. Bunnyx fully admits that she doesn't get why the events of ''Cat Blanc'', which didn't originally happen in time happened, and thus the trauma Marinette got from it changed the future, didn't break the future, nor did the related opening up to Alya and having her become her SecretKeeper break the future despite that also being a divergence from history, and that she doesn't know why some things can be changed and others can't for both good and ill. She hates the idea that she doesn't know what can change and what can't, because she is terrified of the idea that [[SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong trying to fix problems like Rose's death]] end up being [[MakeWrongWhatOnceWentRight the opposite]] and the idea of having to 'fix' such a thing back to how it used to be mortifies her. Her own future is a pretty good one by most accounts: the ice caps got fixed, the worst of the looming extinction crisis in biota was averted, space travel is developing well, and she's seen how easy it is to screw that up, so she's protecting not her own interests, but protecting a genuinely good future and, having seen more than a few takes on a BadFuture and how easy it is to get that and how rare a good future is, wants to keep it safe as much as possible.

** The whole "dark anti-hero [[BadPowersGoodPeople that uses evil powers for good]]" ubiquitous in nearly every fandom gets deconstructed. Whereas a lot of these fanfics are just about power fantasies, here it's shown how this type of character would realistically turn out. Rather than appearing cool, Jaune comes across to the reader as a sociopathic {{Jerkass}} who regularly straddles over the MoralEventHorizon. Another feature common amongst these character types is the tendency to be a FixerSue. However, all Jaune does is create more conflict and he does nothing to change the outcomes of canon events. Eventually, he ends up becoming a bigger threat than the original villains ever were.

** The DC heroes eventually get deconstruction as well in this story. While the DC heroes are better than The Boy's heroes in every way because The Boy's heroes are only heroes in the name when they are, in fact, broken failures with superpowers, and the DC heroes genuinely want to help the people of The Boys worlds and fix their world. However, the DC heroes come with their own problems that the people of The Boys are unprepared for. For one thing, the DC Universe, while better in some aspects in The Boy's world, is not perfect; for one thing, dangerous super criminals are running around, and because there are no places that can hold them and the heroes are unwilling to kill them, that cause these supervillains to be allowed to run around and cause collateral damage for the civilian population. After seeing how dangerous the supervillains are and the collateral damage to DC universe suffers on a daily basis to the point where cities are destroyed, the people of The Boy's world turn against the Justice League and go back to The Seven, despite becoming aware of The Seven unsavory flaws and actions.

** The fic also explores how out of their depth The Boys would be in a more classical superhero universe, as they simply lack the power, the competencies, or the experience to deal with villains or even competent heroes not helped by Butcher's prejudice being a hindrance. Leading their operations to be a nuisance at best against their target and to the Batfamily where they could have died horribly multiple times. Their stunt at Gotham end with them being hounded by the criminals, the police, and the Batfamily while Butcher is barely able to move.

*** Another thing that works against the Justice League is their unwillingness to kill their enemies. There are people on both worlds that want The Seven, especially Homelander, who is the psychotic man-child with the power of a god that can destroy the world, but because the Justice League refuses to kill or refuse to allow him to be killed, that causes people who were willing to work with the Justice League to turn against them like Stan Edgar and Grace Mallory, who previously work with them but turned against because they know that Justice League will not allow Homelander to die and because they know that the Justice League will come after them next because of their high standards.
