[[WMG:'''Characters - Third Cast''']]
In the episode ''A Better Life'', ALL of the characters leave Metropolis in search for, well, a better life. Thus paving the way for a ''third'' cast. Sadly, their personalities aren't quite as well defined as the other characters, but then again, most them were [[FlatCharacter Flat Characters]] anyway.

* '''Rosie''' - The leader of the third D.L.D., a strong black girl with a FunnyAfro.
* '''Stan''' - The geeky [[Creator/MarvelComics Marvel]] fan.
* '''Vladimir Oštrić''' - Vicky and Veronika's brother, a wizard who hates magic and refuses to use it, except it manifests itself through his emotions.

A TerribleTrio consisting of:

* '''Gary''' - A giant worm.

** ''Ladies' Fright'' - A WholeEpisodeFlashback that reveals the Lady in Grey (of the aforementioned League of Extraordinary Villains) was a BlackWidow in 1785 who married royals and later had them killed so she can have their inheritance. However, it was her fourth marriage that led to her downfall; her husband, the prince, revealed he knew her secret and told the king, just before he died. She was then sentenced to death, and had acid spilled on her head. Then she came back as a ghost and haunted her castle (later occupied by D.L.D.'s aunt) along with the Lady in Lightgreen, who in the same episode was revealed that she was TheDragon to the Lady in Grey, having to secretly kill her unfortunate husbands. When Grey was sentenced to death, Lightgreen interrupted the execution and the two tried to escape, only to be caught. Grey had acid spilled on her head, while Lightgreen was hung. Both then later came back as ghosts.

When compared to the old cast, these new ones are fairly LighterAndSofter; they don't argue or snark at each other, and even the main villain seems kind of sympathetic (until another villain shows up).

As of episode 165 they are put together with the old cast, for better or worse. As of episode 192, they are in the Demented Dimension where they're helping the Syrian refugees who have a started a new life there (since, sadly, they really had no other place to go).
As of episode 244 they are back in our world.

[[WMG:New D.L.D.]]
New members Thompson, Marion and Zoë strive to be just as good as their predecessors, without all the fighting and bickering. They changed the name to Destroy Ludicrous Demons, to keep the D.L.D. name intact (and besides, if they went by their initials like the old D.L.D., they'd be called T.M.Z., and who wants to share the same name as a celebrity gossip site?).

At first it only consisted of Marion and Thompson, with Zoë joining in later (she was introduced in the first new-cast episode "Dramatic entrance! Enter Zoë"; how Thompson and Marion met was revealed in the WholeEpisodeFlashback "When huffy met sultry", where they both tied in a competition held by the mayor to see who was going to be the new D.L.D.). ** Klara and Yoko fought for Thompson's affections, but he ended up with Maiya, so the two of them were left high and dry.

** ''The Laughable Mermaid'' - Yoko and Zhao-Len discover an underwater mermaid kingdom.
** ''The 99-year Old Virgin'' - Principal Dummydoor is dating [[Literature/TheWonderfulWizardOfOz the Wicked Witch of the West.]]
* DidWeJustHaveTeaWithCthulhu: In ''Monster High School High'', it's implied Klara and the Witch God (who is a giant humanoid with a goat's head) had some sort of relationship in the past. In the end, the two are eating ice-cream while having casual conversation.
* DoubleMeaningTitle: The 500th episode, ''Here To Stay''; it refers to the Demented Dimension, which no matter how many times it gets destroyed, it still remains, but to the series as a whole.

** EldritchAbomination: A giant worm-like monster. It's as big as a skyscraper. It has millions of tentacles. And also, ''30 mouths''. Later on it turns out there's more of them, though in different sizes.
** The episode ''How the Demented Dimension Came to Be'' reveals the Dimension is actually a PatchworkWorld GoneHorriblyWrong made by a team of [[MadScientist mad scientists]] and all its residents and monsters are the result of mutations and inbreeding.
** SexTourism: ''Sex in the Demented Dimension'' has the D.L.D., with no other option to make money, open the Dimension to straight women and gay men who are willing to pay money to have sex with the Dimension's locals, who don't care about the gender of their partner.
** HorribleHollywood: One episode reveals Marvel Studios is filming the latest ''Avengers'' movie in the Dimension, not just because it's the perfect location for a Franchise/MarvelCinematicUniverse movie, but also because it's a way to save money on special effects.
** Finally, in ''Decay of the Demented Dimension'', as the Dimension is breaking and falling apart, Dexter, Dr. Apartheid, and Dr. Kvasimodo work together to restore it and put it back together. In the end, they set the color to black and white ("Just like this comic!"), which is why it's then renamed the Dull Dimension.
** At the end of ''Hit Landfill'', the M.V.M. (a group that functions as a GuardianOfTheMultiverse) completely destroy the Dimension, so it doesn't bother anyone again.
** The milestone 500th episode ''Here To Stay'' not only brings the Demented Dimension to its former state, but some other stuff as well...

New members Thompson, Marion and Zoë strive to be just as good as their predecessors, without all the fighting and bickering. At first it only consisted of Marion and Thompson, with Zoë joining in later (she was introduced in the first new-cast episode "Dramatic entrance! [[WMG:'''Characters - second cast''']]

* EldritchLocation: The Demented Dimension: It's a vast desolate desert-like world where everything is in one color (which randomly changes), and is home to weird bug-like creatures. And let's not forger the resident...

*** ''Broken off Chalk'' (parody of the MindScrew comic ''Streak of Chalk'', in which Luke is stranded on an island where he inexplicably finds Prescott)
*** The "[=LukeScott=]" {{Arc}}, inspired by ''Series/WandaVision'', in which Luke uses a magical wishfulfilling stone to create the perfect sitcom-like reality with him and Prescott, but other characters keep interfering.

[[WMG:'''Characters - second cast''']]
