Jonathan Del Arco (born March 7, 1966) is an Uruguayan American actor and political activist. He is best known for his role as Hugh the Borg in ''Series/StarTrekTheNextGeneration'' and ''Series/StarTrekPicard'', and for his recurring role as medical examiner Dr. Morales in ''Series/TheCloser'' and ''Series/MajorCrimes''. He was awarded the 2013 Visibility Award by the Human Rights Campaign.
