* Some people, critics and articles really have no idea that ''Series/TheLordOfTheRingsTheRingsOfPower'' is based only on the Appendices from the ''Lord of The Rings'' because Tolkien State gave them no rights to the ''Silmarillion''. While is only fair to critic and question the liberties the showrunners took from the lore, too many of them don't know this fact and jump on the "Why they don't just follow what happens in the Silmarillion and create their own it's fanfiction" bandwagon. And if they do KNOW, they spread false narrative about the show.
** About the controversial Sauron/Galadriel pairing, people seem to get some things confused here too. Of course that Galadriel and Sauron never had this type of interactions, but people absolutely believe that the show turned JRR Tolkien's works into a telenovela. Apparently, Tolkien was never a romantic at heart, and was never interested in romance, only on writing friendships and inventing languages, never mind he wrote the story of Luthien and Beren and based it on himself and his wife, Edith.
