''Knightwrath'' is a comic-book series created by Daniel Kalban and Gabe "Esquivo" Santos, and first published by Arcane Studios. It is a throwback to nineties comic-book antiheroes like ''ComicBook/{{Venom}}'' and ''ComicBook/{{Spawn}}''.

Joe Sutton was a loser, with no friends, no love life, and a job that was going nowhere. And then he got shot in a random street crime. As luck would have it, he was taken by a secret government program to create a super-soldier, and got pumped full of serum infused with nanites, thus becoming the enormous purple bruiser called Knightwrath. Unfortunately, the powers come with a side-effect: whenever he goes purple, he loses control of himself. Now he must figure out how to channel his rage into something constructive.

!!This series contains examples of:

* TheBigGuy: As Knightwrath, Joe is the size of a car.
* CameBackStrong: In his old like, Joe Sutton was skinny and weak. After being transformed into Knightwrath, he is super-strong, almost bulletproof, and able to generate tendrils.
* FromNobodyToNightmare: Joe Sutton was the definition of a nobody, with no friends, no love life, and a dead-end job. Now he's the scariest thing in New York City.
