A terribly neurotic young woman with an immense fear of animals, Cameron Walden is the protagonist of the introduction arc. She was recently [[spoiler: fraudulently]] employed as the Zoo-Phoenix Academy's new guidance counsellor. Despite her tendency to be faint of heart, she is go-getting, curious, and is passionate to be of help to others. One can only hope she can look past her inner anxieties and adapt to her strange new surroundings.
