* DefiantCaptive: She faces torture with as much dignity as she can unless ''others'' are threatened/tortured/killed in front of her. Which [[FridgeHorror hits you like a sack of bricks]] when you think of how ''long'' the poor girl has been tortured until the point of desensitization.

Added DiffLines:

* DemotedToExtra: She hung around with Yusuke while he was a spirit for most of the manga's early chapters before finally deciding to move on. In the anime, she only shows up for one episode in a different role (as a investigator for the relationship between Yusuke and Keiko) and isn't seen again after that.
* DoesNotLikeShoes: Played straight in the anime, she doesn't wear any shoes and moves around barefoot while doing her job (then again she is a spirit and wouldn't have need of them, but this still comes off as a little odd considering other spirit world personal that aren't oni are fully dressed). In the manga, this was just due to JacobMarleyApparel, having died in her nightgown, so naturally she would be barefoot.
