Using the Titan as leverage against would-be-attackers, the Monks are opposed only by the Diamondback Militia, a small but highly-trained organization operating in the area around the Canyon of Titan. While they claim to stand for law and order, they have done little since their founding except skulk around the edges of the M.A.D. Monks' territory, plotting to take the Canyon and use it as their base of operations.
