It's Guile, your one and only, from Franchise/StreetFighter, ready to bring America back to the map... Except that during a particularly tough match, he got [[GroinAttack kicked in the nuts way too hard]] and suddenly his voice to change. Upset about the aftermath, he sets out to find a cure.

Gweelay is Brergsart version of [[VideoGame/StreetFighterIII Guile from his third game incarnation]], with relatively no major change, except for his high pitched voice courtesy of Brergsart himself.
----
* DownerEnding: There's no way to restore his voice back to where it was, and he had to come to terms with the change.
* {{Eagleland}}: Type I, just like his original counterpart.
* FindTheCure: He's motivated to search for a cure on his HeliumSpeech.
* GroinAttack: A victim of one, which unfortunately changes his voice.
* HeliumSpeech: Due to being hit in the nads.
* {{Shotoclone}}: Of a zoning variety, just like Guile.

[[folder:Pope Malware]]
At first, Pope Malware is just one of many cursors in the malicious toolbar, but he would devise a plan, where he would hide a little of his energy from everyone who uninstalled the software... where the malware energy is multiplied and comes back to Pope Malware! Soon he will be the Windows destroying God!

Pope Malware is an edit of Pope Benedict by [=The_None=], with relatively little changes, and as such, he plays like one.
----
* BigBadEnsemble: Serves as one of the many antagonistic force of the game, along with Viga, Skeletor, Dio, and Giygas. onsidering [[ExcusePlot the barebone storyline]] and lack of centralized antagonist, he means [[BigBadWannabe nothing to the world in any capacity]] and Joel managed to make a quick work to them in his ending anyway.
* ChurchMilitant: He's a Pope, and he will spread Cursormania and it's malicious content to every PC imaginable.
* {{Flight}}: He's capable for one, and you can incorporate his moves whilst doing so.
* {{Foil}}: Serves as one to Viga. He shares an ambition to rule the world in their self image, and has a formidable power to do so. The difference is that Pope Malware is a pretty complex fightihg SquishyWizard utilizing fast paced strikes and projectiles and uses the power of malicious toolbars and other free scam softwares, while Viga is a faithful recreation of the bootleg he came from, with additional tuning to compensate his clunky moveset, and sought after to essentially revert the world into it's bootleggy origins.
* ReligiousBruiser: He's a formidable entity born from a cursor software which is also happens to be a Pope.
* SquishyWizard: Pope Malware utilizes swift combos and projectiles whilst able to fly on his whim, but he's not very tough himself.
* TakeOverTheWorld: His grandeur plan is to infect all the computers in the world with his malicious cursor malware, and he succeed.
----

[[folder:Viga]]
Viga is displeased with "High Definition" graphics that's been plaguing modern fighting games, so he sets out to cover the world in his bootleg power, and reform it into a bootleg utopia he sought after.

Viga is a faithful recreation of his [[ShoddyKnockoffProduct bootleg incarnation from World Heroes 2]], with an added firepower to the mix, but mostly the same.
----
* BigBadEnsemble: Serves as one of the many antagonistic force of the game, along with Pope Malware, Skeletor, Dio, and Giygas. Considering the plotline ([[ExcusePlot which isn't any]]) and generally lack of centralized antagonist in the canon, they really mean nothing to the world altogether and Joel managed to make a quick work to them in his ending anyway.
* {{Foil}}: Serves as one to Pope Malware. He shares an ambition to rule the world in their self image, and has a formidable power to do so. The difference is that Pope Malware is a pretty complex fightihg SquishyWizard utilizing fast paced strikes and projectiles and uses the power of malicious toolbars and other free scam softwares, while Viga himself is a faithful recreation of the bootleg he came from, with additional tuning to compensate his clunky moveset, and sought after to essentially revert the world into it's bootleggy origins using his bootleg-y powers to do so.
* MightyGlacier: Viga is mostly faithful to his World Heroes 2 clunky moveset, but he's got more power and toughness to compensate.
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver: Subverted. Viga is a bootleg version of [[VideoGame/StreetFighterII Vega]] ([[DubNameChange M. Bison]]) and shares his attire, but his default color palette gives him more yellow orange-y tint instead.
* TakeOverTheWorld: Much like Pope Malware, his bootleg-y power spreads so far that the entire world has become a bootleg in the end.

[[folder:Shaq]]
Shaq went on to the downtown Tokyo and checking the local sights before starring in the next charity game, when he stumbles upon a Kung-Fu Dojo with an old man inside. All of sudden the old man opens up the portal of hell and throw him off there. He's doomed!

Shaq is a recreation of the character with the same name from his home game, VideoGame/ShaqFu, except that the creator of this character, [=The_None=], decided to take more classic fighting game approach and turn the formerly clunky mess into a powerful, serviceable fighting game character and ready to rampage against everyone who stands in his way! Using the power of Basketball, of course.
----
* AllLovingHero: he would rather have a friendly match with his enemies rather than fighting them.
* EdibleAmmunition: Can dump on various American snacks from the skies.
* FragileSpeedster: Shaq can easily score and chain fast combos with borderline perfect play, but he can't take many hits and his strength relies greatly on landing on those combos, which didn't deal high damage.
* GoKartingWithBowser: In his ending, he keep pointing out one liners to his enemies and decided that fighting strangers isn't his cup of tea... but the strangers seems to be thinking the same thing. And thus they all play on the charity match together.
* IKnowMaddenKombat: Shaq utilizes his basketball moves in his moveset, and then some.
* LovableJock: It's Shaq after all. Fighting strangers isn't his cup of tea, and he would rather play a friendly match with them instead.

[[folder:Kenshiro]]
Kenshiro, the current successor of Hokuto Shinken, finds himself in a world without nuclear warfare. Determined to protect the people from this world, Kenshiro sets out to eliminate the threat of a large scare warfare.

[[Manga/FistOfTheNorthStar Kenshiro]] is a one-on-one recreation of the fighting game created by Arc System Softworks. He can uses every moves he had from the game, including [[GoodBadBugs it's exploits]].
----
* AllLovingHero: Downplayed. It's Kenshiro after all! He's still capable of feeling hatred, and he's not hesitant to brutally killing most of his enemies, especially if they deserves it.
* DifficultButAwesome: Ken is ported straight from the Playstation 2 fighting game, and as such is more complex compared to most of the roster. Master him however, and you can easily floor the entire roster effortlessly.
* FightingWithChucks: He can grab and throw someone using nunchucks.
* FishOutOfTheTemporalWater: He's suddenly enters the world where nuclear warfare doesn't take place. It took no time for him to adjust and sets on to protect the people of this world from a large scare warfare.
* ICanStillFight: If Ken is hit while under a certain threshold, there's a chance that he might able to recover a lot of health and keep recovering health until he's hit.
* RapidFireFisticuffs: He can unleash ''Hokuto Hyakkuretsu'' Ken towards his enemies as a finisher.

* AtomicFBomb: Unleashes a gigantic one upon his HeelRealization.
* EasterEgg: Unleashing his fire-breathing fatality upon Tuna turns him into a plate of fish and sticks instead of charred skeleton.
* GrapplingHookPistol: His trademark hookshot is still there.
* HeelRealization: At the end of his storyline, he realizes that Sub-Zero is in another game and he just murders the roster senselessly.
* HighlyVisibleNinja: [[SarcasmMode Certainly wearing such bright colors in a secret operative would be effective]], don't you think?
* MightyGlacier: He moves just as slow as his original counterpart, but he hits just as hard compared to other combatants and is difficult to flinch.
* PlayingWithFire: Uses some fiery power in his moveset, especially in his fatalities.
* RoaringRampageOfRevenge: Unleashes his fury towards the roster, hoping that he would encounter Bi-Han on his way in. Turns out he didn't, as Sub-Zero is in another game.

[[folder:Don't Worry, These Pizzas Are In Good Hands]]
An [=MvC=] Spider-man edit by the author of this game, based on the pizza delivery minigame from the VideoGame/SpiderMan2. Peter was assigned by Mr. Aziz to deliver the Pizza real quick but he also needs to deliver it in one piece, or else Mr. Aziz will flip out.

Despite being based off his VideoGame/MarvelVsCapcom counterpart, almost everything about him [[JokeCharacter completely tweaked out to make the use of him to be as painful as possible]], ranging from attacks also hurting himself if it misses to skills that barely does anything. Using skills also [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking litter the screen with pizzas and override the background music with the infamous "Pizza Theme" from the Playstation 2 game]].
----
* ArtificialStupidity: Ofter times, he will uses web swing or spider rush that will hurt him if it doesn't connect.
* BackgroundMusicOverride: Whenever you're fighting him or you're playing as him, the current battle theme will be overriden by the cover of "Funiculi, Funicula" used in the Playstation 2 game of Spider-man 2.
* BrilliantButLazy: Just like his original counterpart. He got so caught up with the mess he forget about Dr. Connors class.
* ButtMonkey: His attacks can even hurt himself if it doesn't connect.
* DifficultButAwesome: Using him properly can be pain in the ass, but a good precision and timing makes him one of the more powerful fighters in the game.
* GlassCannon: The upside of being the JokeCharacter is that large portion of his numbers are also increases, and he's still the [=MvC=] Spider-Man. Because you still need to deal with hurting yourself by accident, the room for mistakes and your survivability is much smaller than his original counterpart.
* JokeCharacter[=/=]LethalJokeCharacter: He's an [=MvC=] Spider-man edit, except almost everything done to his kit is now tweaked so it's going to be a pain in the ass for you to use. The lethal part is that he's still [=MvC=] Spider-man, which is a solid character all around, with greatly decreased room for error.

[[folder:Chinese Rev]]
Chinese Rev, or [[VideoGame/DongDongNeverDie Sheng Hua Nan]] is a terminator sent from the past. Sickened by horrible disturbing flash games, he goes on a crusade against the people who were responsible for that.

Sheng Hua Nan was formerly the final boss of Dong Dong Never Die, and as such he inherited all of his moves from the aforementioned game. However, compared to other combatants included in this game, he's not as flashy on trumps stronger than the likes of Joel, DIO, or even Shaq. He's also not as broken as he was before. Neverthless, he's still a formidable combatant to go against.
----
* AdaptationalWimp: In the original game, Sheng Hua Nan is the final boss and it shows. He's able to infinitely stunlock his enemy with his machine gun attack while he can also fill his power meter after using one of his hypers! Here, Chinese Rev's attacks were toned down significantly. His machine gun can still replenish his power meter, but the damage is nerfed and the amount of power meter you can replenish is significantly lower. He also doesn't heal as much with is nanomachine tech compared to the original game, though he's still invulnerable when doing that.
* [[SomethingCompletelyDifferent And Now Something Completely Different]]: His opening and ending is written in google translated chinese.
* BerserkButton: Horrible disturbing flash games, especially if it involves Baby Hazel or [[WesternAnimation/Frozen2013 Elsa]].

* TheFaceless: He's always wearing his gasmask. The only moment he doesn't wear it is in his arcade intro cinematic.
* HealingFactor: Rev can heal up his wounds using nanomachines, but compared to the original game, the healing amount is greatly reduced.
* InsaneTrollLogic: So how's his solution to prevent any disturbing flash games from ever happening again after kicking the ass of whoever responsible for it? By banning all anime, of course.
* JackOfAllStats: His nerfed counterpart used here is this.
* KillerRobot: He's a terminator sent from the future to eradicate terrible and disturbing flash games.

The BigBad of Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders and to an extent, the primary antagonist to the entire franchise. During his way to get his daily dose of 7up, he came across an industrial strength sunblock, allowing him to wreak havoc in daylight without risking of burning himself.

DIO is largely based of his playable counterpart in VideoGame/JoJosBizarreAdventureHeritageForTheFuture, using his powerful stand to deal massive damage in short range while dishing out big damage using his knives.
----
* ADayInTheLimelight: In this game, DIO was just looking for his daily dose of 7up, when suddenly he found a powerful sunblock that allows him to traverse daylight and wreak havoc within a day, before heading back home and have a milkshake.
* BigBad: Of Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders.

Jotaro can't smoke in peace thanks to censorship, and he's soon figured out that it is the work of an enemy stand. Looking to settle the score, Jotaro sets out to find the stand user...

Jotaro is also largely based on his home game, Heritage For The Future, fighting alongside his powerful stand Star Platinum. He can dishes out damage fast and hard while can take more than enough, but just like his stand, he doesn't have much range when going up against his enemies from far away, forcing him to go up close and personal.
----
* AchilessHeel: Jotaro would be as strong as DIO if it's not because of lacking ranged options other than Star Finger, which is mid-ranged at best.
* ADayInTheLimelight: In this game, Jotaro was motivated to find an enemy stand that keeps censoring him when he's smoking his cigarette, believing it was the work of an enemy stand.
* CloseRangeCombatant: Unlike DIO, Jotaro doesn't have as many ranged attacks as him, forcing him on getting up close and personal.
* LightningBruiser: Jotaro hits like a truck and is as fast as a racecar, but he doesn't have many ranged moves.
* MegatonPunch: Star Platinum can charge up Star Breaker, a powerful punch that blasts through the ground.
* NoSmoking: A plot point. Jotaro was looking for the enemy stand who censored him smoking cigarettes.
* RapidFireFisticuffs: It's Star Platinum signature move.

[[folder:Angus]]
Originally from VideoGame/KasumiNinja, Angus [=MacGreggor=] is the Blacksmith of his village Loch Katrine, as was his father and his father's father before him. The constant pounding of hot iron has made Angus a burly man. In this game, Angus had a little too much drink at the pub last night. In a drunken stupor, Angus stumbles onto the streets and begins to make his way home.

Angus plays almost similar to his home game, except this time his moveset is more fluent and comparable to more arcade-y fighting game like Street Fighter. Angus is a fighter that uses wrestling moves and some other things. Angus' moveset changes upon activating his claymore weapon, where he can swing his swords in rapid succession or just throw it back when you no longer needs it.
----
* AnAesop: Never in one point of your life driving while intoxicated.
* TheAlcoholic: As per the scottish stereotype he's based on.
* {{BFS}}: Angus can equip a claymore sword in the fight, which changes his moveset until the blade's fully bloodied.
* DrunkenMaster: Angus is in a state of being intoxicated when plowing through enemies and random hijinks, and he's very good at it.
* GroinAttack: An inversion. He can spit up fireballs from underneath his kilt.
* MasterSwordsman: Angus can equip a scottish claymore and uses it in combat, temporarily changing and expanding his moveset to complement with his sword.
* UnwinnableByDesign: if you're fighting Uncle Jobel in Arcade mode, you might as well reset as a programming quirk causes him to inflate into a giant before exploding and killing himself if he fights him.
* UseYourHead: Angus can perform a headbutt that you can charge for extra damage and range.
* WrestlerInAllOfUs: Angus can lift off his enemies using light or heavy Rising Toss when not wielding his claymore.

[[folder:Arashi]]
Originally from VideoGame/BloodWarrior, Arashi is the master of the art of ninja screaming. He's founding his own dojo, hoping that he could teach the art of ninja screaming, but the dojo lies empty everyday. Nobody recognizes the art of ninja screaming as a legitimate martial art. He then sets a journey to make a public demonstration of the art.

Arashi is a 4-button character that utilizes ninjutsu in his moveset. His moveset is largely similar to his original game, but with a little tweaks here and there.
----
* DownerEnding: After defeating his opponents, his art of ninja screaming finally gets a recognition, from the local police. Arashi was quickly arrested for mass murder and his dojo closed.
* FantasticFightingStyle: Art of Ninja Screaming. Though he's using ninjutsu and flame powers.
* FuumaShuriken: Uses one of them that explodes when it hits.
* HighlyVisibleNinja: Arashi's ninja outfit is rather tacky.
* PlayingWithFire: Arashi uses fire-based ninjutsu in his moveset.
* SerialKiller: He's the only combatant being referred as such by the local law enforcement forces.

[[folder:Bootleg Michael Jackson]]
Ripped straight from Michael Jackson's Moonwalker game for Sega Genesis, Bootleg Michael Jackson is [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin the bootleg equivalent of Michael Jackson]]. After his defeat in the hands of Dance Master Duane, Bootleg MJ trains his moonwalking craft on the moon. He trained until he became one with the cosmos, and begin his moonwalking conquest of the world.

Bootleg Michael Jackson is based of his character on VideoGame/MichaelJacksonsMoonwalker, where he can perform kicks and spin and just that. Yeah, that's all he can do, but don't you underestimate him.
----
* ContinuityNod: His defeat against Duane is a nod to Joel's MUGEN stream where he's using the dance move to the original, JokeCharacter Duane, who's immune to the effect.
* DanceBattler: MJ uses his dance moves alongside the power of the cosmos that manifested into harmful sparks.
* GlassCannon: MJ can dishes out good amount of damage through his hat spin and kicks, but he's squishy himself, and he can't use the power of the cosmos if his health is low enough.
* LethalJokeCharacter: MJ has only two moves, a hat spin and a secret dance move, all of which costs him a good amount of health. Despite of that, MJ is practically untouchable when spinning and his secret dance move is unblockable and has no maximum range. His basic attack also inflict good amount of damage.
* TakeOverTheWorld: He plans to conquer the world to empower his moonwalk and dances, so that one day he can take on Duane once more.

[[folder:The Bestest Ken]]
The year is [[ExtyYearsFromNow 20XX]], the MUGEN engine is filled with insane, overly complicated characters, each flashier than the last. Having mastered the way of the flowcharts, Ken goes out to show the world that simpler is the "bestest".

The Bestest Ken functions nearly similarly with his counterpart in Capcom Vs SNK, [[JokeCharacter except that all of his moves are now changed to Shoryuken. His Hadouken is now Shoryuken, and even his front punch is just Shoryuken]], complete with BackgroundMusicOverride of his theme.
----
* ArtificialBrilliance: His AI tends to abuse the shoryuken to infinitely stunlock his enemy.
* BackgroundMusicOverride: As long as you keep hitting your shoryukens, his theme will keep overriding the current background theme, complete with earrape.
* BoringButPractical: He believes in this, claiming that shoryuken is just the "bestest".
* CycleOfHurting: He can infinitely spam his shoryuken and stunlock his opponents with ease. Even Papa Jobel couldn't stand well against him.
* LethalJokeCharacter: All of his moveset is changed to shoryukens, but with a good timing and perseverance, you can infinitely stunlock him
* Shotoclone: He's a DeconstructiveParody of one. Other than his basic attacks, all of his moveset is just shoryukens.
