The vile Space Beast Kutuura was used by Dark Mephisto to attract the attentions of Night Raiders and the wounded Nexus. It opened up portals to its home, the Land of the Dead, at six specific locations to form a code which Night Raiders cracked. Nexus entered the portals and battled the horrid monster. However, Kutuura overpowered the weakened hero, but Night Raiders entered the scene, annihilating the lord of the Land of the Dead with their new weapon - the Ultimate Vanisher.

A more powerful variant of the original Bugbuzun, Bugbuzun Golar spawned dozens of Bugbuzun Broods to eat humans and in turn be eaten for what the Broods gained from their hunts. Nig.t Raiders was unable to detect the Broods due to their modified Space Beast signals. However, one Brood made the mistake of attacking Night Raiders. As Night Raiders hunted them down, Ren encountered a Brood and it was transformed into a giant by Unknown Hand. Nexus was summoned and the two fought in the Meta-Field. Nexus killed it easily while Night Raiders managed to injure another one's face, altering the Space Beast signal and finally letting them find the Golar. The Golar burst from the earth and attacked Night Raiders. Ren called forth Nexus and killed the monster.

The Bugbuzun Broods made a surprise return in the ''Series/UltramanX'' episode "Bond Unite", a {[Homage}} to ''Ultraman Nexus'' celebrating the 10th anniversary of the series' end, featuring a guest appearance from Nexus as well as re-explorations of the show's themes and concepts. They even invited ''Nexus''' director to produce the episode!

A horrible rodent Space Beast, Nosferu [[spoiler:had killed Riko and her family many years ago. Faust revived Riko and took her body for a host, but her time with Komon was starting to weaken Faust's power over her.]] Soon when, Nexus battled Faust and Nosferu, the Space Beast attempted to kill Komon, but [[spoiler:Riko, now in full control of Faust, sacrificed herself.]] Nexus destroyed Nosferu, but it soon regenerated and attacked a happy family, killing the parents and reviving them as minions to feed their former children to it. It managed to imprison the young daughter (also named Riko) in its head and Nexus refused to kill it for fear of the loss of human life. Night Raiders, unaware, did the blow, injuring the girl. Nosferu regenerated again and attacked Night Raiders. It escaped when Komon lost the courage to kill it and soon grew back to its full size. This time, Night Raiders knew its weakness and Nexus helped them out. They destroyed its regenerative organ and Nexus destroyed the horrid Space Beast permanently. Nosferu also has the notable of honor of being the Space Beast to appear in the most episodes at 6 in a row.

Arguably the most iconic Space Beast due to having the most reappearances, Galberos has reappeared many more times in the franchise. It is often under control of a sinister alien too, just like in its original appearances.

A "small" amphibian-like Space Beast, a single Frogos was in the same factory as the 2 Arakunias. Nagi killed the monster with a slew of shots.

Despite Frogos' extremely minor appearance, it has reappeared several more times in the franchise (all of them just as brief). However, it received a size boost to match it up with standard Ultra monsters.
