A work of Mitsutada, who is said to be the founder of the Bizen Osafune school. The name is derived from his former owner, Fukushima Masanori. However, he is not keen to repeat his former master's sake-induced mistakes. He enjoys making flower arrangements and gifting them to other people. He wants to be called "Oniichan (big brother)" by Shokudaikiri Mitsutada.

** Both have taught newly manifested Touken Danshi, although they went about it differently. For Mikazuki, he fought Iwatooshi to help him get to the root of his problem, but not only did he give Iwatooshi the opportunity to fight back and defend himself, but he also changed his method when it didn't prove to be helpful, and in ''Tsuwamono Domo'', opted to teach him through observation and wisdom instead. In Date Souki, Tsurumaru taught a newly manifested Ookurikara the brutality of life in the citadel by beating him senseless. He would still stick by his unconventional teaching methods for the rest of the play, later allowing Ookurikara to be beaten up by the Historical Revisionists to show him he needs to rely on others, and then temporarily faking his death to unlock Ookurikara's potential, which could have gotten him killed if the plan went south.

A tachi who has the name of a swordsmith from Heian era, Gojou Kuninaga, inscribed on him. Dressed in white clothes that resembles a crane, he lightly jests about how it will be stained red during battle. It shows that despite his witty and whimsical behaviour, he has never forgotten about how to fight in war.
