After developing a crush on Cleverly and then heartbroken because of the fate that befell on her, Diana has focused more on getting her revenge on the Organization.

Unfortunately, he is still TrappedInVillainy because Diana is in danger if he ever stops being a villain, and Teverly is clearly not pleased. The Study Buddies arc does wonders to Teverly's development as a character.

* DatingCatwoman: It's shown in the Season 6 recess episode that Teverly and Diana are officially dating. Though it's still ambiguous how he actually feels about her, if it's genuine or if he's still manipulating her.

* {{Foil}}: As the TokenEvilTeammate, he's this with Terry, [[OrderVersusChaos with him representing order to Terry's chaos.]] Teverly is the orderly kind of villain as he answers to the Organization, but it also makes him a little predictable to some, he'll only do dangerous things willingly as long as it's within the interests of the Organization and Alan ordered him so, he wouldn't suddenly set the whole school on fire on a whim or personal interest (then come up with an excuse for it for Alan), unlike Terry. The reveal also further expand this, with how Teverly is actually TrappedInVillainy, an unwilling executor of his schemes, while Terry causes chaos on his own volition without anyone forcing him.
* ForcedIntoEvil: Turns out, he's only doing Alan's bidding because he's being paid for his scholarship tuition that his mother couldn't afford. If he disobeys, he will not only lose his access to education, but also burden his mother. Teverly has to [[KickTheDog sink pretty low]] and violates [[EvenEvilHasStandards his standards]] as much as it pains him. And the moment he is BecomingTheMask and openly says that he is fine with his scholarship cancelled, Alan pulls him back in line by [[IWillPunishYourFriendForYourFailure threatening to cancel Diana's instead.]]
* FourEyesZeroSoul: Wears glasses as part of his disguise and is secretly working for the organization. Eventually subverted, the zero soul part turns out to be an act because he turns out to be an AntiVillain.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: While he goes along just fine with Class [=N4T1=] (as long as he's trying to stay undercover), when he mingles with Class [=T1T5=], not only [=JianHao=] fails to spot his allegiance and threat level, he and his classmates thinks Teverly's an annoying guy, and his 'attempt to blend in' just annoys them further.
* TheHeavy: Similarily to Regna, Teverly is more involved in the plot than Alan is, as he is spying on the students on his behalf.
* HiddenAgendaVillain: His motivation for working for the Organization was unknown until the SAT results episode, where Alan reminds him of his mother's inability to pay his scholarship tuition, and if he doesn't do what he's told, then Alan will cancel it (and when Teverly does find courage to defy it, Alan goes for Diana's instead).
* HiddenDepths: Teverly seems to be a fan of Pokemon TCG, as he steals a trading card from his friend during the fire.
* IdenticalStranger: To Cleverly. Subverted with the reveal that it's a disguise, and his true appearance is nothing like Cleverly's.
* KickTheDog: InvokedTrope. To fulfill his new task from Alan, Teverly goes out of the way to sabotage the hell out of the SAT Test at Denise's expense, ranging from casting doubts about her confidence at her answers, making noises and framing Denise for being noisy towards the invigilator, and setting up a power outage to break Denise's calculator.
* ManipulativeBastard: After saving her from the fire, Teverly takes the chance to grow closer to Diana while simultaneously convincing her that any rumors she hears about him are untrue.
* MeaningfulName: His name is a combination of Terry and Cleverly. He has a personality similar to the former, and his disguise makes him similar to the latter.
* TheMole: He's actually spying on the Academy on the behalf of Alan.
* NerdGlasses: Wears the same pair as Cleverly's, at least when undercover.
* NerdyNasalness: He speaks in this fashion when he's undercover.
* NobleTopEnforcer: Both he and Regna have at least shown some genuine admiration for some students due to their cunning, unlike [[HateSink Alan]] who just hates all of them.
* NotSoAboveItAll: Even he is seen enjoying himself when Johnny sings. He also takes his time in the middle of the fire and spying to steal a trading card from his friend. This takes a new meaning after his reveal as an AntiVillain: This is just Teverly's way to enjoy the school life the way it was meant to be, if it wasn't for his spying duties.
* NotSoStoic: When he confronts Sunny, he starts yelling at him threateningly.
