* {{Jerkass}}: Never has a kind word for any of her coworkers, treating them all like annoyances at best.

Added DiffLines:

* UpperClassTwit: Seems to be under the impression that Lady Mowbray being nobility makes her less dangerous, and therefore more trustworthy, than Mr. Bonzo.

Added DiffLines:

* NotSoStoic: Her apathetic approach to the job utterly disintegrates after she discovers that Gwen invited Lady Mowbray into the OIAR. Whilst reprimanding Gwen, she does not attempt to hide how furious she actually is at her for inviting such a dangerous external into their office, and then flat out giving her a tour just because she asked. Her reactions also betray a previously unseen level of fear towards her job.
* PetTheDog: Whilst her primary concern about Gwen inviting an external into the office is her concern of it endangering their relationship and control over the externals Lena likewise seems legitimately concerned that Lady Mowbray could have harmed her employees.
* TheStoic: Whilst instating the importance of professionalism, Lena conducts her job with a strong aloof, disinterested and overall apathetic nature rarely showing the slightest bit of interest in events and treating interactions with her staff with a not-so-subtle indication of disdain. It doesn't matter if she's hosting an office leaving do, reprimanding an employee or discussing organising external work, she handles it all in the same manner.

* PsychoForHire: It's implied that the OAIR dispatches Mr Bonzo in specific assassinations that require their particular brand of mayhem. We get one description of a massacre they carry out, and the events are certainly not pretty.

Added DiffLines:

* SuperStrength: Mr Bonzo is capable of lifting grown men above his head and ripping them limb from limb, with the same ease one would to swat a fly.
