The somewhat Big Bad of the first movie.

* ColdBloodedTorture: Tortures a mechanic when he doesn't have the right parts for a car by nearly making him swallow motor oil.
* [[spoiler:DiesWideOpen]]: [[spoiler: While he was fleeing after he performed a drive by on Jesse, he was fatally shot by Brian.]]
* EvilIsPetty: He and Dom have a deal to stay on each other respective sides of town. Brian accidentally drives into it while trying to get away from the cops after the street race. At first he seems reasonable enough and leaves without incident. Then a moment later two of his goons come back and shoot up the car. Forcing them to walk.
* MySisterIsOffLimits: One of the reasons he has bad blood with Dom, who slept with his sister.
* TheRival: Of the Race Wars to Dom.

! Carter Verone (Cole Hauser)

A drug lord and main antagonist of ''2 Fast 2 Furious''

* AffablyEvil: He's nothing but polite to Brian and Roman, and to some extent, Monica Fuentes. Though he tends to slide to FauxAffablyEvil during the ColdBloodedTorture scene, and at the end of the movie.
* ColdBloodedTorture: Subjects a DirtyCop on his payroll to this by putting a rat on his stomach, then a tin pail over it and heating it with a blowtorch. According to him, when a rat is trapped and frenzied enough it'll chew through its surroundings to get out. Ouch.
* FlatCharacter: He's not on screen much and we don't really know much about him beyond being a AffablyEvil drug smuggler.
* GenreSavvy: He had only told one other about the airport, his assistant Monica. So he changes his plan to use a getaway boat. When the cops indeed show up at the airport, it confirms his suspicions of her being a undercover cop.
* GracefulLoser: He accepts being caught quite well.

Main antagonist of ''Tokyo Drift''.

! Fenix Calderon (Laz Alonzo)

Braga's lead henchman and enforcer.

* BoomHeadshot: How he kills the drug runners after they're finished doing the job.
* TheDragon: To Braga.
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler: Supposedly to Letty, subverted since he didn't quite finish the job.]]
* NearVillainVictory: He manages to catch up to Brian's car and overturn it, allowing him to recover Braga. Just as he's about to finish him off, Dom comes busting out of the tunnels [[spoiler: and guns straight for him. Fenix tries to shoot him but Brian grabs his leg, distracting him long enough for Dom to crush him against Brian's totaled car.]]
* SmugSnake: Taunts Dom about killing Letty, and instead of killing Brian outright at the end, kicks him around a few times before pointing his gun at him.

! Arturo Braga (John Ortiz)

The head of the drug running operation, [[spoiler: later revealed to have been working under Owen.]]

* NonActionBigBad: Good at planning and scheming, not so much on the action side.
* SmugSnake: In the climax in the fourth movie, he constantly keeps mocking Brian as Dom and he are trying to outrun Braga's men, so much so Brian finally gets fed up and punches him to shut him up. And again In the sixth movie, since he has muscle by his side, he thinks he can take Brian while he's in prison. Brian easily handles them and get the information needed out of him.

! Hernan Reyes (Joaquim de Almeida)

Main threat of ''Fast Five''

[[spoiler: Not a few minutes after he says this, said team come bearing down on him as he's trying to make his getaway. Resulting in ''his'' team being dismantled in the ensuing fight and he himself getting ejected out of a car and out the back end of a plane onto a speeding runway.]]
* TheSociopath: Has every hallmark of one. [[LackOfEmpathy People who aren't useful to him aren't even human, and only interesting resources at best if they are somehow useful]]. He emotionlessly admits an [[BadBoss utter lack of respect, much less sadness for comrades who fall in battle]], as they're clearly too incompetent to be useful; and that's if you're loyal to him. Most disturbing of all, he [[AxCrazy takes a practically boyish glee in running over and crushing countless innocent civilians when in command of a tank.]] Shaw's perhaps ''the'' single most evil character in the franchise so far.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: You know even if you do have a backup plan to get the MacGuffin, it's probably not wise to underestimate people who ''can stop a tank'' or [[spoiler: nearly go flying off a bridge to save a love one you yourself nearly tried to kill.]] And especially [[spoiler: kidnapping and threatening the wife and sister of two of your enemies' leaders]]. Note that he specifically chided one of his men for deriding them as common criminals. Someone needs to listen to their own advice.
* VillainousValor: He doesn't respect Dom's love of family. He does, however, respect the fact that Dom has a code by which he lives, which is why he offers Dom a chance to leave no strings attached. Of course, he's also seems not to realize that Dom's code is exactly why he ''won't'' leave under any circumstance.

! Jah (Joe Taslim)
Shaw's team member, a martial artist.

* AxCrazy: He beats down anyone trying to block his way, even if it's cops.
* DangerouslyGenreSavvy: When facing multiple foes, he uses smart moves like stacking his opponents or pushing them against each other to hinder them.
* LeParkour: Uses some to run through the Waterloo station.
* PintSizedPowerhouse: A relatively small guy, he can beat both Roman and Han with ease.
* WrestlerInAllOfUs: Finishes Roman and Han with a [[Wrestling/MikeBucci Super Nova]]-style dropkick/elbow drop combo.

! Klaus (Kim Kold)
The huge bruiser of Shaw's team.

* DumbMuscle: Even for a guy who probably can break necks with three fingers, he resolves mostly to little convoluted tactics like throwing and punching people around. Not that it isn't effective, however.

He has torn it to pieces, having killed at least a dozen armed and armoured guards and then casually kills another one by handing him a grenade.
