Once, Vitharn was a thriving city in Dementia. Its founder, Lord Vitharn, sought to overthrow Sheogorath, but that's not really odd by Shivering Isles standards. But cracks began to show under his grandson Cesrian, when Cesrian took a Heretic from Mania, Jideen, as his wife, which pissed off the Fanatics who were his vassals. Under Cesrian's cowardly son Cirion, the vassal fanatics revolted and sacked the keep. For the treachery of the vassals and the incompetence of the defenders, Sheogorath cursed both sides to re-enact their final moments as ghosts.

A north-eastern city in Cyrodiil located at the foot of the Jerall Mountains. Cheydinhal is the embark point for many players scouring the north-east and far eastern portions of the map.

banditesses with a simple MO: They seduce a married man, bring him to their hideout in Cyrodiil located Gweden Farm for a tryst, then jump him and rob him blind. The gang has three members: the Nord Signy Home-Wrecker, Imperial Faustina Cartia, and Khajit Tsarrina. Faustina and Signy are the ones who go out and do the seducing, while Tsarrina stays behind as backup in case a target proves recalcitrant.

* TheVamp: Use their seductive wiles to rob the men of Anvil. You can find the personal belongings of three of their victims (Ernest, Heinrich Oaken-Hull, and Pinarus Inventius) in their basement, though unfortunately you can't return said belongings to their rightful owners.

The Count of Cheydinhal and the only non-Imperial among them. His son is something of a MilesGloriosus who tries to close an Oblivion Gate and goes missing. He's also rumored to have had his wife killed twenty years ago.
