** According to Carmine Falcone, Chill bragged about Thomas Wayne "begging like a dog" for his life before being killed, though Falcone might have said anything then to get under Bruce's skin. That, or he knew who his cellmate was and was simply trying to make himself out to be tougher than he really was in front of Falcone, but Falcone blew him off rudely and later turned that hot air on Bruce after having Chill whacked, only in a much more deliberately malicious manner.
