It's pretty understandable why No-Face wants payback on the guy. Although he's still a criminal due to the fact that he accidentally killed six people in a fit of UnstoppableRage.

The games in continuity show Kalypso goes unopposed year after year in hosting Twisted Metal, while the single-game continuities like ''Black'' and the reboot don't even ''have'' an ending where he loses or gets screwed at all (save Sweet Tooth's ending in the former).
