It's been ruled that two incarnations of the same character across different continuities only count as an example of Alternate Self if the two incarnations meet and interact or at least have each others' existences acknowledged within the same work. Also, it's honestly a huge stretch to consider two completely different characters from loosely connected works to be alternate counterparts of each other just because they happen to be played by the same actor.
