* IntrepidMerchant: Like Jack, she'll show up in both Floyd's labs as well as faction [=HQs=]

* BrilliantButLazy: Special mention goes to Dirk, Margaret, and Max. The Oxfords [[OnlySaneMan (sans Sam)]] are content to text, chat, and loaf about than put their considerable talents to any practical use. Until the player threatens to throw them out and leave them to fend for themselves. Even after doing a bunch of quests for them, it takes the main character threatening to toss them out for the OD to get them to actually help them.
** They then proceed to build a 3-D printer out of old arcade machines and furry animatronics... and then they ask the PlayerCharacter for a better computer to make it work. Basically, they have great ideas and powerful technology but are NOT going to spend fifty hours coding to save their asses.

* AutoCannibalism: In a flashback, before being trapped for weeks with no food or water, he is seen with all four limbs intact. By the time you get to him, he is a quadruple amputee. The mission complete screen specifically emphasizes the "no food" part.

* FacelessMooks: The whole lot of them, sans the Scab King. They are differentiated by numbers, though dialog reveals they at least refer to each other by name. Justified in that rooting through the remains of a city is best done with face-and-body concealing gear, to avoid dust and other unsavoury fates.

* AmbigiouslyBrown: It's hard to peg down whether Sam is Asian or black or multiracial.

* OneWingedAngel: [[spoiler:After being exposed for a fraud, chugs a can of OD and transforms into a horrific dragon mutant.]]

A former Troop Bushido member, banished after she accidentally set a group of campers on fire. She's very fond of pyrotechnics.

* BadassGrandpa: He's clearly old enough to have seen and fought through a lot. He's also capable of surviving 27 days in a mutant infested city, train and screen would be partners in-crime, and built a helicopter made almost entirely of junk.

An AI who's either Fizzco's mascot in general or made specifically for Overcharge. Aside from being a general marketing mascot who spouts ads and slogans for the [[{{Understatement}} obviously failed product]], he is also revealed to at least be the face of many of Fizzco's major systems.
