Opal's only real inhuman trait is having extra arms, Rainbow Quartz has another pair of eyes, and Sardonyx has both but is otherwise quite humanoid, while the unstable Sugilite is a monstrous brute and while not one of the Crystal Gems, the incredibly unstable Malachite was almost inhumanoid.
