* LaughOfLove: Yor is usually seen giggling at Loid whenever she notices him getting worked up and mistakes it for his excitement, especially when it comes to his role as a father to Anya.

** She gets hit dead on by a car and, while she is sent flying/rolling, she smoothly gets back on her feet unscathed and catches Becky, who she had thrown up into the air before the car hit to protect her. And all she has to show for this is a small nosebleed.

** At the end of the Cruise Arc, having spent a lot of time fighting at full strength, Yor outright forgets entirely about holding back when she pushes Anya on a surfboard, sending her rocketing across a wave like a speed boat and needing to be rescued by Loid. This is followed in the anime by her [[DrivesLikeCrazy peddling at supersonic speeds on an tandem bike]], to both Loid and Anya's horror.

*** On top of General Snidel's Zeppelin, a soldier attempts to throw a hand grenade at Yor from his pill-box. She throws her ''coat'' back to catch it ''in mid flight'', letting the snowstorm's winds carry her it'''and''' the grenade back to the soldier, causing him to scurry away in terror as his missile explodes, starting the fire that eventually crashes the Zeppelin.

*** Finally, Yor destroys a [[spoiler: steel cyborg with an inexhaustible Gatling Gun for his right-arm]], by [[spoiler: painting a rose-patterned "fuse"]] across his otherwise '''indestructible''' body [[spoiler: into the exposed ammo chassis]] of his torso with a ''[[spoiler: red lipstick]]'' on her left hand as she distracted him with a combat knife in her right; after her knife shatters, she calmly [[spoiler: lights said lipstick-fuse]] from a safe distance, causing the invincible [[spoiler: bio-mechanical horror to '''explode''' like a keg of black-powder.]]

* DramaPreservingHandicap: It is all but alright stated that Yor is this setting's WorldsStrongestWoman and a strong contender of being the WorldsBestWarrior. Other than a select few individuals, most of the characters would be on receiving end of a CurbStompBattle if they have to face Yor in a fair fight. Naturally, the story has to find ways to prevent Yor from going all out against some of her major opponents, such as how [[BeautyIsNeverTarnished she is not allowed to receive a major injury that could blow her cover as an assassin]]. Going into some specific examples:
** During their brief bout between a drunken Yor and Loid in Mission 6/Episode 5 that came to be as a result of a "play mission" set up by Frankie, it is made evidently clear that Yor is superior to Loid when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. Granted, Loid was holding back since he didn't want to hurt his wife. If it wasn't for Yor's drunkenness, which ironically is the reason why Yor wasn't holding back, causing her to pass out, Loid fearfully believed Yor could have killed him then and there.
** The Great Cruise Adventure arc pits Yor and her handler, Matthew [=McMahon=], against a CarnivalOfKillers. Not only is Yor forced to face a large number of mercenaries of varying skill levels, but it is made very clear that she isn't at her best due to a crisis of identity Yor has throughout the arc. Sickle-and-Chain Barnaby gave Yor a slightly difficult fight since she was worried about civilians around them (they're fighting on the cruise ship's shopping area) and blowing her cover. Later, when Yor goes up against her strongest opponent of the arc in the form of the Swordsman, Yor has just finished killing most of the other assassins after a long period of fighting, has not slept well for almost two days, and is unfocused due to her waning motivation. It isn't until Yor has her EpiphanyComeback that she regains the ideal mental state necessary to defeat the Swordsman.
** Downplayed in climax of ''Code:White'' where Yor battles [[spoiler:Type-F, an NighInvulnerability {{Cyborg}}, without her piercing needles. Although, Yor is able to defeat the TerminatorImpersonator without taking any damage by using daggers she took from a soldier and lipstick as an ImprovisedWeapon, it is implied that she would have an easier time against the cyborg if she had her preferred weapons on hand]].

* AnArmAndALeg: A few jobs offscreen had her literally rip people's bodies apart and throw the pieces around.
