The Cooper Gang managed to steal these powerful components back only to have them stolen by Jean Bison after the Lumberjack Games. From there the pieces were sent to Arpeggio which turned out to be part of a plan to not only acquire Clockwerk's powerful body for himself but also his immortality through a complex scheme involving the operations of the rest of the Klaww Gang. However, Neyla betrayed Arpeggio and took the Clockwerk frame for own desires, dubbing herself "Clock-La" and engaging the Cooper Gang in battle. Clock-La was defeated and Carmelita destroyed Clockwerk's core which killed Neyla and caused his body to decay into nothing.
