This character has gone under a number of aliases, mainly Snotra and Indis, but her true identity is that of Daphne, the nymph, Oðrsson. Bloom's older sister, who spent about 20 years as a tormented, incorporeal spirit. And this does draw lots of parallelism between her and Sylvanas which ultimately allows for the two of them kind of bonding then working jointly when their goals coalesce at the face of a common enemy (Eudora). Daphne is, at the same time, the most heroic and the most villainous character. All she's ever done is for the [[NeedsOfTheMany greater good]]'s sake (as her nymph duties demand from her), but living in a CrapsackWorld has left her with no options other than to make her family believe she has died and hide behind different personas in order to manipulate (read use as tools without taking their feelings/consent into account) several people: her little sister, her little sister's daughters (causing these two too much trauma and pain), Magix's army (including the Tyrannus Division), and at some point even the Winx themselves. The thing is, you see, were not for that, Magix would have succumbed to Eudora's machinations long ago because [[spoiler:not even Bloom and Stella, two of the most powerful fairies in Magix, ever stood a chance against Eudora]]. At least she had to sacrifice both a significant part of her reincarnation-type immortality ''and'' her happiness for the years she's got left. Talk about retribution, huh?

Galadwen looks like a breed between a Kaldorei and a Sin'dorei seeing she's Elune's (the Kaldorei moon deity) ChosenOne. As such her power is vast, though still not enough to eradicate the Burning Legion. With that in mind, she resolved to unify all the elves under one cause — not only the elves inhabiting Azeroth but across all possible dimensions and timelines. She believes if she can reunite each of the Elemental Aspects, she could create an elven front able to achieve what would be impossible otherwise. For that reason, she spends her days traveling and has created a new, independent realm: Alpheim. Interestingly enough, fairies are included as elves too which is what sets the plot's events after Galadwen comes to meet first Sylvanas and then Bloom.

Then met Sargeras, got seduced by his ideals, turned into his number one fangirl (i.e., adopted {{Absurdism}} as her philosophy), and rose through the Burning Legion's ranks until she herself became a multi-dimensional menace. She genuinely believes if everyone unites under the Burning Legion's flag, then they'll be able to defeat the Void. If you don't join her by hook or crook, it will be by crook. There are no [[TakeAThirdOption third options]] here. Especially if you belong to a young race — she'll assume you and your people are too naïve to acknowledge the Void as the real threat.

Iladris' status as the princess of the Forsaken was a result of Sylvanas having an OutOfCharacter moment and adopting her because her biological mother intended to sacrifice her to get to Kael'Thas. Or it may be because Sylvanas was given a new opportunity by Galadwen and hasn't died again for more than 200 years so, of course, she has time to raise a daughter. Iladris' blood is Sunstrider and she's very alive, thank you very much. In elf terms, she's 70 years old but only entering her adolescence. Her skill set comprises the Dark Ranger abilities, a contract with the fire elementals, knowledge about the Void, and being a superb strategist. Iladris is also Daphne Altalune's ClosetKey.

One could describe Bloom's eldest daughter as a piece of explosive ice. An arrogant piece of explosive ice, that is. She doesn't have it in her to care for the world as a whole, not even those who are useful to further her goals. Those are mere tools and are treated in a cold-hearted, calculated way. Sure, she'd love to put an end to the conflict, but it's more about her being the heiress to Eraklyon's throne and, thus, inevitably tangled in the war. And, of course, the very personal reason her mother's death was the war instigator's fault. Despite all of that, she's a great leader and projects her self-confidence and charisma in an aura that traps nearly everyone. Except for her father, who is a shell of a man now, and her sister, who loves her but is aware of her flaws. Like those too-many-to-count times where Altalune's no-nonsense attitude and short-triggered temper got carried away in a pretty aggressive, violent fashion. Overall, Altalune is a JerkWithAHeartOfGold that loves her sister and Iladris deeply, is thoroughly loyal to them, protective of them, determined to get what she wants, and independent (reason why she rejected the Dragon's Flame). She travels to the past along with her younger sister, Stacy, Gilliam, and Zoe in an attempt to prevent Bloom and Stella's deaths.

Sylvanas, in this fic, has retained virtually all of her canonical traits, especially her characteristic bitterness, ruthlessness, and pragmatism. However, a key diverging event distinguishes her from her Battle of Azeroth self — where she took the megalomaniacal route, sets Teldrassil on fire, and makes an enemy out of pretty much everyone. In ''Paradoxus'', she has died as of Legion while attempting to seize the Val'kyrs' power (Genn Greymane is her murderer). Inevitably, she has gotten in the hellish Limbo again. Fortunately for her, Galadwen comes to her rescue, severs Sylvana's bond to the Jailer, and gives her a new chance under the condition Sylvanas will join her cause.
